The Space:
Welcome to Paradise Resort! This 3 bedroom condo is located in an oceanfront resort, so not only will you enjoy the unobstructed oceanfront views from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to get down to the beach. The resort has a relaxing lazy river and pool, along with an on-site Ben & Jerry's (seasonal hours vary for all amenities).

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee filters + creamers, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex Elevator Available! 16th floor. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots/pans, coffee machine that uses filter, silverware, plates, etc.

Living Area: Sleeper sofa. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: King bed. Balcony access. Bathroom attached.

Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.

Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.

Bedroom 3: Two queen beds.

Bathroom 2: Hallway access.

Balcony: Private balcony with direct oceanfront views.

Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private, in-unit, machines.

Other Amenities: Pool & lazy river. HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves and are able to access the entire resort - EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING: RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, CERTAIN COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS LOCATED UPON THE PROPERTY. The Commercial areas include; The Tiki Bar, Sandals Restaurant, Front Desk Services and Housekeeping & Maintenance Services.

2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

**At this property, check in must occur before 10 PM. Access to the property is not possible without the key access card (in the unit) after this time. Please ensure this is feasible**

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy
