There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

We took our two young children for what should have beeen a long relaxing weekend. The condo is infested with roaches. We contacted VRBO and VACASA as well as the front desk. An exterminator service came out and informed us that there was a bad infestation. He said the chemicals he would have to use would run us out of the unit. It was not safe to be there. We asked Vacasa to put us in a different unit that was not infested with bugs. They dragged their feet and did absouletly nothing to help. We had to leave the property as soon as we could. On top of this, my entire family is now sick and I have bug bites all over me. Vacasa/VRBO you have really let me down here...

Good location, okay room

The view from the room is great. Oceanfront with an balcony off the main living room and another off the master bedroom. The room is full of unnecessary furniture that serves no purpose. It makes it feel a little cluttered. But the room was clean. The beds were very comfy. We had no wifi during our stay. I tried reaching out to the rental company but didn’t get any help. Thankfully not that huge of a deal, except for my mother in law works on a limited data phone plan. The walk in tub was missing a part and was not working properly during our stay. Reached out to the rental company to hopefully get it working for my MIL, but again didn’t get any help. There are both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, open til 11. That was nice. Pretty good location, not far from the main MB attractions.

Nice condo

The staff were superb! The battery on my car died when I was parked in the garage. I didn't know what I was going to do. The staff called Holton down and he quickly jumped me off. They went above and beyond to help me. The condo was fully stocked and clean. The bed is comfortable but beware there are roaches in the kitchen. Also, my husband and I showered in the guest bathroom bc in our master bathroom is a step-in tub, jacuzzi style. I am wary, as a woman, using public hot tubs or jacuzzies. Another thing you need to know is that I felt unsafe at times out on the beach at dark. This condo is in Ocean Plaza on the south side and right beside it, looks to be, 3 vacant hotels, Summer Wind, Southern Breeze, and the Viking. Ppl hung out in and around them. Not a place for teenagers to be, especially girls. If you have family, I would recommend you stay either on the north side or if you want the south side, the hotel by Spring maid pier. Its by the art museum and to itself so seemed to be a bit quite and calmer area. If its just you, a spouse, or friends, then this condo would work.

Not a great stay.

Linens were poor quality, the place was cramped with entirely too much furniture, and not cleaned to acceptable standards. The level of noise combined with the fireworks made getting one night of good rest challenging. Would not book this location again.

Just like home

Was very surprised that the actual facility was exactly as described. I felt like I was staying at a resort with all the amenities described. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We took full advantage of the underground parking, made loading and unloading very easy. My only complaint would be the odor of someone below our balconies smoking weed every day forcing us inside until the odor subsided.

Good location on the beach

The best part of this unit was the location. We were on the 12th floor with unobstructed views of the ocean. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Far enough away from the boardwalk that it was quiet, but not too far. Really enjoyed hearing the waves at night. However, the unit could use some TLC. The door on the microwave was missing the bottom piece. The plate over outlet next to the stove came loose when I unplugged the toaster. The towel bar in the hall bath was very loose too. And the floor covering on the balconies was like small pebbles that stuck to your feet if you were out there barefooted. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again if we go back to Myrtle Beach in the future.

Nice enough condo for a few days

We stayed for a few days and did not spend much time in the condo. Worked well enough for us to crash after long days. Beds were comfortable but condo (and building) definitely needs to invest in maintenance and modern updates. Outdoor hot tub was closed most of the time there. Can’t beat proximity to beach and great view of ocean. Would probably stay in more modern accommodation on our next visit.

Nice

This was a great family vacation especially for dog lovers!! Customer service was absolutely awesome! I do have to say the furniture definitely needs some updating. SOFA is the worst thing ever and the chair the recliner is broke. But looking past all those things this is a great place for family and how they said especially if you have for babies!! There was a little bit of miscommunication with my extended checkout time. But again I say customer service was great and the problem did get fixed as I was locked out of my room. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the extended sex. We’ll see if that happens. Again I say but beyond all that I would stay there again but probably in a different room one that had updated more comfortable furniture. If you’re a dog lover you’ll absolutely love seeing everybody else is for babies and it be in a more family oriented place.

Family Fun 2022

On the beach

Great property right on beach with indoor and outdoor heated pools, amazing view from apartment and right on the beach. Very dog and child friendly only negative not many restaurants within close walking distance.

Very good for the most part.

The kitchen was not equipped as well as most places we have stayed. We had a few electrical problems, but the building maintenance, was on top of the problems almost immediately, and took care of it.
