Condo is on the 20th floor (200+' above ocean) & has Spectacular views of beach and ocean from inside and outside 2 balconies. Sleeps 6 max. Our P2013 Condo is angled oceanfront (Oceanview) & recently upgraded with a Full kitchen, travertine tile floors, and 2 full baths. The Palace Resort building is an oceanfront secure bldg. with 24 hr security & on the east or beach side of South Ocean Bldg. Palace Resort has 2 outdoor pools & indoor / outdoor 3 outdoor jacuzzis, oceanfront restaurant / bar., kids arcade, gym, steam and sauna. Oceanfront pools and jacuzzis & an indoor jacuzzi on the 22 floor (2 floors above my Palace #2013 condo on 20th floor! We appreciate your business! Condo interior painted in new Light gray “Aria” color in 11/25. New master bedroom swing door and sidelight installed in May 2025, as per HOA approval. We have had an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau since 2007. We have been in business since 1994. All vacation guests are required to provide owner their mailing address at reservation, & sign owner vacation rental form (mailed or emailed to you) with your info and ours on it before we mail you our final letter with: 2 MB P2013 condo keys, 2 parking passes, map, rules, bldg. door lock code, pool wristbands, owner rental agreement, all. Therefore, we require your mailing address, email & cell phone # in order to accommodate you.

Renter agrees to rent our home listed for the subject dates and times for stated rent fee, and accept and obey all resort / HOA rules and owner vacation home rental agreement, as shown online at Owner webpage and will be provided in our final confirmation letter to you.

Den and master bedroom Balcony is angled to ocean or angled oceanfront. Spectacular views of ocean for miles! Our P2013 condo Sleeps 6 max on: 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 2 full futons. Many new amenities added including: new queen and twin beds & 2 futons in den, new travertine tile flooring, new HVAC, new water heater, plumbing, new kitchen faucet, electric panel, and toilets.

Also, fifteen to twenty minutes drive to House of Blues and Barefoot Landing. New WalMart Market nearby (0.2 miles).

Vacation online Rate includes all & utilities, clean linens and towels, and condo is cleaned before and after your stay. VRBO no longer provides guest mailing address to owner due to their new privacy policy & owner must get it from guest. No check in as all is mailed to you.
