It has 2 bedrooms, (2nd Bedroom double as Living room with comfortable Queen sized sleeper sofa), 2 full baths, one Jacuzzi, it looks exactly like the pics, perfect for couple or Small family W 2 kids. Both bedrooms have individual door locks & Awesome oceanfront balconies overlooking palm trees and shimmering ocean. Convenient to restaurants, entertainments etc.

We believe there’s something about the ocean and the salt and the wind that heals all the wounds, and this is a Cozy retreat to return to at the end of each day!!

Small Kitchen has everything you need for preparing simple meals.

We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay ( before check in and after check out)

Attention: Smart lock SELF check in system, ( DON’T need to go to front desk to check in, they are onsite rental company). Please go straight to the unit after you receive the entry code the day you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom ultra button before you leave the unit.

Please bring your favorite Beach/pool towels, you can easily rent beach chairs, Umbrellas at the beach managed by the City. ( 05/30-09/05)

In the heart of Myrtle Beach, (North side), Walking distance to so many attractions, Ocean front miles long Boardwalk, Amazing views and food at Rip Tydz Oceanfront & grill Rooftop bar, Gay dolphin gift shop ( so big you can get lost )!!! SkyWheel, good restaurants, bars, Cafes, night life, Starbuck`s, grocery store, mins drive to Broadway at the beach, urgent care etc.

Free parking for condo guests is available in the front, both sides, across the street parking garage and any assigned parking lots. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and close to Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

Friend reminder: NO-SMOKING inside the Unit and on Balcony, No pets, No events, subject to $250 fine each.

* Please Take trash out during your stay to Prevent Bugs.

* We provide the great quality towels for our guests to use, please take care of them, we charge up to $35 for stained or missing towels, bed linens, comforter and bed covers.
* Please Do Not take our bath towels out of room to beach or pools.
* Amenities that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.
*Airbnb Damage Claim: We sincerely wish you all have a great vacation and enjoy your stay at our oceanfront condo. Please treat our home as your own and we would greatly appreciate it. If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items , we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center.
* Check out is by 10am. Please place used towels in towel hampers in bathrooms, take all the trash out. Do not set trash bags outside your door, it will resulting a charge from the HOA for clean up. You will be charged also if this occurs, please help us keep the property clean and safe for everyone.
