Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean right from your private balcony. This fully furnished condo features fresh paint, new flooring, a brand-new mattress and bed frame, stylish dressers, modern TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances—perfect for preparing beachside meals.

Designed for comfort and functionality, this unit includes two full-size beds in the bedroom and a full-size Murphy bed in the living area, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. Whether you're here with family or friends, this condo offers the perfect beach getaway.

Guests love the convenience of being on the 12th floor. The views from the balcony are incredible, and Ocean Dunes Tower II is equipped with two elevators for easy access to your unit.

This ocean view apartment has its own private entrance and is not shared with anyone. Comparable to a hotel room but with more space and better amenities, the condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably—2 guests in each of the 3 beds. Upon entering, you'll find two full-size beds, a dresser, a closet for storage, a ceiling fan, a TV, and brand-new luxury vinyl plank flooring. The full bathroom can be accessed from both the bedroom and living area and features an oversized mirror, new vanity, toilet, and tiled shower. The additional half bathroom includes a vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Moving through the condo, you'll find the fully stocked kitchen centrally located. It offers ample counter space, beautiful cabinetry, a sink, dishwasher, stove top, full-size fridge and freezer, and a mounted microwave. We've stocked the kitchen with all basic necessities including dishes, cups, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Whether you're preparing a full meal or a light snack, you'll have everything you need. If dining out is preferred, there are hundreds of award-winning restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Many offer delivery, and popular services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make in-room dining easy and convenient.

Just off the kitchen is the combined living and dining area. The living room features a comfortable sofa, modern decor, an additional dresser, accent chairs, a TV, and access to the private balcony. The dining area includes a dining table with chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The living room is the most relaxing space in the condo. Thoughtfully decorated with modern furnishings, this unit feels like a true home away from home. Step onto the balcony to take in gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests often share photos of the vibrant sunsets and sunrises they've experienced here—enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast with an ocean view.

Located at Ocean Dunes Tower II, this condo is close to Myrtle Beach's most popular attractions. The resort sits on the northern end of Myrtle Beach, offering a quieter atmosphere while still being just a short drive to the action. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and central Myrtle Beach is only about a 10-minute drive (depending on traffic). The Myrtle Beach International Airport is just 15 minutes away.

Great layout and view!

I came into myrtle beach for a conference and this was a great location for both work and leisure! The airport is about 25 minutes away making an easy in and out. The condo has a really cool layout with the living room area and balcony overlooking a beautiful view. Bonus is the two bathrooms. If I was traveling with a family there would have been really nice separate space for kids (I kept telling myself my parents would have loved this layout for me and my siblings when we were younger and taking a trip!). East check in/out. Would stay again!
