Over 1550 square feet of living space makes this condo comfortable for the whole family.

You can sleep 8-10 people comfortably. Each bedroom includes luxury linens on newly purchased mattresses. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and plenty of storage.

* Bedroom 1 includes a King size bed and sitting area

* Bedroom 2 includes 2 Queen size beds

* Bedroom 3 includes a King size bed

* Living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa

*There are 2.5 bathrooms complete with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

* Full bathroom with walk in shower and a separate make up area in bedroom 1.

* Full bathroom with tub, hall access.

* Half bath in bedroom 3

The comfy living room boasts plenty of seating, family games, big screen tv, and floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the never-ending views of the beach!



The fully equipped kitchen has plentiful cabinet space, granite countertops, and all the creature comforts of home. There's a large dining table as well as counter seating so everyone can sit down for meals together.

Our spacious balcony has plenty of space with room for dining or lounging.

For the little ones...available upon request, we can provide a portable crib, high chair, booster chair and children's dinnerware.  

For the beach...We have plenty of sand toys, a few boogie boards, and 6 beach chairs available for guests to use.

Motorcycles, 3 wheeled vehicles, and RVs are not allowed to park at this location; parking is limited to two vehicles per party.
