Charmigt historiskt hus i centrala Mystic

Underbar 1770 byggd udde med utsikt över Mystic River. Fem minuters promenad till Historic Mystic Seaport, fem minuters promenad till de många restauranger, barer och butiker på Main Street. Fem minuters bilresa till Mystic Aquarium och Olde Mystick Village. Bara tio minuters bilresa till närmaste stränder och tjugo till kasinon Foxwoods och Mohegan Sun. Huset genomgick stora förbättringar våren 2014 (kökförlängning, andra badrum och tredje sovrum). Det kommer att finnas boende för 8; två i varje sovrum och en mycket bekväm utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet.

Appliances were dirty..they needed to be wiped down..The sidewalks could have been shoveled & cleared better. Overall our stay was comfortable. The cottage is cozy, plenty of heat since it was pretty cold. Close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay in Mystic. Our hosts were responsive to email, as well as accommodating when it because clear we’d need to leave early to avoid a blizzard. The house is, indeed, charming and very clean, with everything one would need for an extended stay. We appreciated the extra touches, like plenty of caffeinated and decaf coffee, Perrier, nuts, and cookies. The house is well-located, just a short walk from downtown shops and restaurants and sites in that area. Easy parking for three vehicles. We highly recommend this little historic house and only wish we could have been there in better weather to enjoy the back yard and fire pit.

Our stay in Mystic was absolutely wonderful! The house was quaint, charming, and spotless - clearly very well cared for. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing girls trip. We have been visiting Mystic for 20 years almost yearly. We have stayed at many different places. This house is very cute, it’s small but has personality and is in a good location. I would say a family of four fits nicely, anything more would be a bit much. It was clean. It’s in a convenient location and we were able to walk to all our favorite coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops. The house has pretty much everything you need and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and had labels and books to help guide you through any little obstacle an older house like this may have. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. We will definitely add this to the list of locations we like to stay in the Mystic area.

Totally charming house!
