“The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

“The house was spotless! We only stayed 1 night but the place is comfortable enough for a week’s stay in Mystic. Very convenient location, quiet street, and plenty of space for a family or small group. The water heater temp needs to be adjusted. The hot water gets extremely hot and I nearly scalded myself washing dishes.”

“This was a well placed home close to Mystic Harbor Museum and downtown. Very comfortable and nice open floor plan. While the description of two bathrooms is accurate it failed to state both were on the first floor with two of the three bedrooms on the second floor reached by extremely steep stairs. We were two couples in our 70s, good physical shape for our ages but found this arrangement very difficult.”

“Lovely property, with great views and access to kayaks, paddle boards and peddle boats for added fun. They also had a large tented area by the dock that allowed a shaded area which was perfect as we had an infant with us. We rented both the first and second floors together which worked great for six adults and an infant. The second floor was smaller than the first - a smaller living area and kitchen, and a little two-chair deck - but comfortable for what we needed. The home was sound proof...
