This cottage serve our purpose by providing 3 bedroomd. Our CG cadets enjoyed fixing a dinner in the kitchen and playing the guitars. The location offered a safe environment and we we're only about 25 minutes from the Coast Guard Academy. However, if you wanted to increase rentals then the owner might consider these additional improvement. 1) Remove the couch and chair from the living room and replace it with the couch and chair in the back room. 2) Scrape the bathroom ceiling and paint it.3) Get new silverware and new linens for the bathroom and bedrooms.4) Remove personal items and pictures from the closets and coffee table. 5) Purchase new blinds.

Stayed for the weekend. Great location for us going to Mystic and Foxwoods. Everything was as expected - I read a lot of other reviews. Definitely Grandma’s house type of feel - kids felt comfy immediately.

This is a very comfortable old-timey kind of house -- definitely nothing fancy, but the kind of place you can feel right at home in. It's located just a few minutes from 78 and 95, so is pretty convenient to many things, including downtown Westerly. This was the second time two friends and I shared it, and it worked out quite well for us both times. It has comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen (minus dishwasher).

This was perfect for us, homey and unpretentious (we called it Grandma's house), but definitely dated. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood well-maintained; the beds were comfortable and sheets and towels nice, but the property could really benefit from some simple upgrades - e.g., replacing cracked plastic trash can in kitchen; replacing old, yellowed "welcome" instructions; and some decluttering (such as removing the someof the many partially used sauces in the fridge and condiments in the cabinets-a few are convenient, but too many feel junky). And the WiFi only worked sporadically. Not to complain, but, though it was certainly clean, it needs freshening up.

Perfect space for a small family trip

Cute little Cape Cod style house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.eveythibg was clean. Kitchen had decent cooking supplies. Window ACs worked well on hot July days. Exactly what we needed for our trip.

Great home and great location

My family stayed here for two nights as part of a New England road trip. This house was perfect for us. It was a short drive to Mystic and to Misquamicut Beach. The back deck was nice for dinner and games.

I Really Enjoyed It

The house was clean and had a cozy feel. Good location too, with a lot of restaurants/ neat stores nearby. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking to go on vacation to Connecticut.
