Hotell i Mystic Shores

“The room had cobwebs and dust. It’s obvious it had not been cleaned in sometime.”

“We had a great stay here with our dog. The check-in team was easy to work with and the room was clean and comfortable. We’ve eaten at the restaurant several times and did on this trip as well; it’s reliably good food. We’ll definitely return to both the grill and the inn when we can!”

“Unfortunately we were placed in a cabin that was overtaken with mold in both restrooms, one was off of the main bedroom where we slept. It is cabin B. We asked for a partial refund and got 30% back. The property was nice. Definitely somewhere we would love to visit again but I dont trust that the cabin will be mold free and can't view until after paid etc. So won't be back. There's no office on site, but there appears to be people living there close by the pool. Never saw anyone there except a...

“Very clean. Provided everything you needed”

“Loved the property and location. Everything was great. Just a couple of minor issues. Easy to access staff. Only sugestión I have is that the bedrooms need at least one mirror so that the Ladies can see their wardrobe as they're trying them on. One more thing, Since not a hotel room we should be allowed to check out at noon or 1pm. THANK YOU.”

“I loved the views how clean everything was and all the amenities”

“Clean room and Staff very nice.”

“Very spacious, unique decor , very clean and the staff was amazing . Great for couples”

“This True by Hilton is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. My initial experience with staff was not very welcoming. Thereafter, the next morning, staff was really friendly. My room floor was sticky, there was a light bad smell in the room, cigar like. I woke up in the middle of the night with my fave near the pillow, which smelled like sweat, not mine. The hallway carpet on my floor was dirty, clearly it had not been vacuumed in some time. The coffee was...

“Wimberley is such a nice, quirky town. This place was good as it is walking distance into the square. Nicely decorated rooms even though it is very noisy from outside and neighboring room’s aircon. The pool area is very nice. Staff is very friendly and service minded. We could stay again!”

“Staff was great but had no exhaust fan in restroom woth no water pressure.”
