âManager is arrogant and rude. Never smiling. Do not trust the pictures online. Room was dirty when we arrived. Food is bad. Service not friendly except for a few individuals. Room service cleaned the room ONLY twice. No AC in reception area, and no place to storage baggage while waiting to check-in/check out. Toilets smelled and we're dirty.â
