“Beautiful property in convenient location”

“This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

“Excellent accueil dans un lieu d exception, à découvrir sans hésiter. Hôtes très accueillants et qui ont satisfait toutes mes demandes. Lieu calme qui offre bien plus qu une nuitée classique. Très appréciable en voyage d affaires. Lieu chargé d histoire et d histoires! ”

“Après un accueil médiocre, le propriétaire a commencé par nous faire visiter sa maison et les services liés, puis nous a remis les clés de la "suite", une vulgaire pièce semi enterrée avec une tomette sentant très mauvais, un ménage inexistant, une salle de bain sale et sans lumière, et la chambre pas faite, en nous remettant en mains propres des draps "neufs" non lavés! Un diner bio, bon mais simple sur une nappe souillée depuis au moins une semaine par d'autres repas servis nous a été facturé,...
