We are amazed by your comment about small children because we offer services such as free cot for children, special bath for babies, kettle in the room, baby meals on request. You are probably referring to an incident where your shutter handle broke. We did what we could to fix the problem and managed to close the shutter so that no light entered the room. The next day, the specialist came to fix it. If the timing was not ideal, we apologize, but sometimes expert craftsmen are very difficult to come at exactly the time we want. If we hadn't welcomed him, the shutter might never have been fixed. We would be delighted to host you again to prove to you that we can improve and earn an excellent in your rating. We would like to thank you very much for your honest and nice review. It feels great to know that you have enjoyed our services and that you had a good experience in our Hotel. It is true that this year and especially after the 10th of August there was a small issue with the wasps during breakfast. We did our best to solve it by using smoke and we even managed to find some of their nests and put them away. Unfortunately this phenomenon was the result of a very dry season as we have been advised by experts on wasps. The good thing was that this was happening only early in the morning and not during the whole day. We would love to get some feedback from you in order to know how we could earn a ten out of ten the next time we will have the chance to accommodate you. We have already noted your comment about the rooms, which however need to be quite empty because of anti-covid protocols. We wish you all the best and we hope to see you in the future. La route vers notre hôtel est asphaltée jusqu'au bout et à certains endroits elle est un peu étroite, cependant est très difficile a croiser une autre voiture qui vous empêchera de passer. Concernant le jardin, nous ne pouvons pas comprendre ce que vous voulez dire car l'hôtel est entouré d'orangers, de mandarines, de citronniers et d'autres arbres. Aussi le nom "Perivoli" en grec signifie jardin. Si vous voulez dire que ce serait bien d'avoir des tables dans le jardin, alors c'est quelque chose auquel nous avons déjà pensé et merci pour votre suggestion. Perivoli, situated on the top of a hill and surrounded by olive and orange groves, gives its guests the chance to enjoy the beauty and calmness of the Greek countryside and at the same moment the proximity of the romantic and historic old town of Nafplio (15 min. driving). Its strategic spot makes it the perfect base to visit all the surrounding archaeological places and beaches (25 min. from Mycenae, 25 min. from the ancient theater of Epidavros, 15 min. from ancient Tyrins, 45 min. from ancient Nemea). La route n'est pas dangereuse. Les 1,5 derniers kilomètres qui séparent la place du village du parking de l’hôtel sont étroits à certains endroits et comportent des virages. La route est entièrement asphaltée et dans les 20 derniers mètres, il y a une montée raide de ciment. Pour ceux qui ont lu la description de l’hôtel et les critiques que nous avons reçu au cours des 10 dernières années que l’hôtel fonctionne, c’est clair et nous n’essayons pas ni nous avons jamais essayé de cacher quoi que ce soit sur ce sujet. L'hôtel est facilement accessible de n'importe quelle voiture et ne nécessite pas de véhicule 4x4. Le fait que vous n'aimiez pas notre emplacement et que vous souhaitiez être en ville ne justifie pas votre désir d'annuler votre réservation sans pénalité. Notre politique d'annulation et nos tarifs sont clairs partout et à toutes les personnes réservant notre hôtel. Nous avons manqué d'autres réservations parce que vous aviez réservé la chambre et nous pensons qu'il est juste d'être compenser pour votre annulation.
