Spahotell i Nagano

“Very cute Ryokan hotel. We booked a Japanese style room including dinner and breakfast, food was very tasty if you like traditional Japanese food. If you prefer other cuisines you might opt for booking a room that doesn’t have food included. Staff is very friendly! We booked private onsen and that was also very nice. Definitely recommend this hotel! ”

“The place is great.”

“We received a surprise room upgrade upon arrival. The location couldn’t be better — Right across the from the gondola (which we loved for mountain biking) The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay and B&D and can’t wait to come back :) Thanks so much!”

“We have really enjoyed our stay in this ryokan. Staff were super helpful and considerate. We arrived late at night. There was someone waiting there to greet us, then showed us their onsen which was a heavenly experience after a long day. The bedroom is spacious and sealed with separate air conditioning, perfect for the hot July weather. There are extra bedding and pillows in the closet. There were balcony furnitures for relaxation. The whole place is calm and gracious… The next morning we were...

“Our one bedroom unit was clean, had cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, cutting board, knives and hot plate. The fridge and freezer was a good size. The place included a toaster oven and microwave. The host responded quickly to questions. The location was approximately 20 - 25 minute walk to most locations, to include ACoop, a grocery store. I thought my one bedroom included an in unit washer and dryer but it did not. It was okay, since there were 2 machines, just down the...
