Costal Classic

This was a beautiful home. The decor was beautiful and the house was very clean and well kept. The four bedrooms and four baths provided privacy for all four couples in our group. The upper level was great for family time. It was very nice to have easy access to the beach. Our group ranged in age from 63-83. This is not the ideal layout for seniors. It would have been nice to have an elevator. But, this would be a great choice for younger families. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us.

Comfortable stay in a great location

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was nicely decorated with a cozy beach theme and received plenty of sunlight during the day. The location was excellent - right across the street from a beach access and a few minutes drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and major Nags Head attractions such as Jeannette’s Pier and Jockey's Ridge State Park. We did see one cockroach, although not sure if that is the fault of the house or just common in this area. Seasides vacation was very easy to work with and check in process with a keyless access code was very smooth and easy. The house didn’t have too many special amenities, but we enjoyed the hot tub during our stay. Since the weather was not ideal for long days at the beach, we stayed inside more than we had anticipated and enjoyed some of the board games and puzzles provided, although it would have been nice to have a smart tv with streaming services. A credit was provided for beach gear rental, but we would have preferred if there were basic beach gear provided (chairs/umbrella/etc), as the beach gear credit was only enough for a few beach chairs with a $25 delivery fee. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would consider booking this place again for future trips!

Vacation stay

The house was very nice and with a well-stocked kitchen except for no ice-maker. I have already noted there were roaches and assume that will be taken care of. I also think the front door needs a new key lock entry as it was difficult to use. I appreciate how quickly your company responded to problems.

Outer Banks stay

The home was clean. The jacuzzi wasn't working. A lot of stairs. There are 5 bathrooms and they give you 2 rolls of toilet paper. There are only 2 towels and washclothes per bathroom. The sheets are wrapped in cellafane for you to make your own beds. They give you 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher detergent and no spices.
