Recent Updates 2026:

A second refrigerator has been added to the main kitchen. The home now has three full size refrigerators. Added a 2nd washer and dryer. A Foosball table has been added to the rec room. New 98 inch smart tv has been added to the theater room. New 86 inch smart tv has been added to the Living room. Pool has been resurfaced, tile border replaced and the pool deck expanded eastward to incorporate turf lounging area!

Oceanfront Paradise lets you enjoy oceanfront living at its best. Splash around in your own private pool, stargaze in the evening while relaxing in the hot tub. Start your day with your favorite cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic, while also enjoying the salty breezes and sounds of the ocean. This home offers indoor and outdoor amenities to make a fun and memorable vacation. Such amenities include a theater room, rec room, private pool (pool can be heated with additional fee), hot tub, private walkway to the beach, and an elevator. With eight bedrooms, all with en-suites! Everyone will be sure to have a restful evening and ready for their next day's adventures. Enjoy the sounds of waves right outside your window with 180 degree views of the beach from the top two levels. Watch the beautiful sunset over the sound every day. In season a lifeguard stand is directly in front of the home. If you like to watch surfing or if you like to surf a popular surf spot is directly in front of the home.

Exploring Nags Head: Visit Jennette's Pier as it's only a short walk away. Fish or stroll along the pier, and see some cool fish in the aquariums. Check out Sam & Omie's, Dune Burger and Cahoon's Market for a wide variety of food offerings. Let's not forget dessert. Stroll down to Fat Boyz for homemade waffle cones and ice cream. Into sand volleyball? Directly across the street sits Whalebone park. Visit the children's playground and play some beach volleyball. Biking and jogging trails galore! Two EV charging stations are located at Jeannette's pier. Oregon Inlet, Outlet Mall, Manteo and Miller's Waterfront restaurant are a short drive away.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
