The project area extends from Bonnett Street at 2919 South Virginia Dare Trail South to the town limits adjacent to Cape Hatteras National Seashore. unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
