The home is in a good location but not a reat experience at all. The home smelled bad when we entered it. Living room rug and furniture needed to be replaced as they were old and dirty. We went out and bought a couple cans of Febreeze which helped. You can see from the photos that the gounds were dirty. Although we were on the beach, the beach was not accessible too us as there was a large mount of sane between the hourse and the beach. When I contacted Beach Realty about the issues there reply was "What would you like us to do." I decided I needed to let it go n oder to enjoy my vacation. There are a ton o properties to rent in the Outer Banks. Do not rent this one and bot from Beach Realty.

Reunion with an old Navy buddy

Cottage was very nice with plenty of room to house our families. Easy for my mother in law to take elevator to and from floors. We appreciated that it had a well stocked kitchen and we could cook while we were there. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Early spring in the OBX

Seven of us shared 6 days on the Outer Banks at Fly Boys, a large beachfront home which could easily accommodate a larger group. The house was clean, neat and supplied for almost all needs. Arriving a hour before earliest normal check in, we called the manager and, after a quick check to assure all was ready, we were given access to the home. LOTS of deck space on different levels as well as outdoor spaces, all nicely appointed. Very comfortable home with just enough diversionary items (games. books, television, Bluetooth sound system, etc., to occupy all of us (21-75) on cooler or rainy days. Would recommend this home and the managers to anyone.

We enjoyed our NYE 2022 & 60th birthday weekend! We had all of the amenities we needed & we were thrilled to be able to enjoy the dune-top deck and beach as the weather was gorgeous!

OBX - Fly Boys Is the Place to Stay

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was far and away my BEST experience. This includes my experience from the initial inquiry to check out. Both the owners and the management company were always responsive and answered all of my questions. Check in was simple, we received texts to keep us updated on check in and other reminders. I would recommend this as an amazing property to use for friends and family. it is centrally located so it is easy to get to the many amazing and wonderful attractions, if you can pull yourself away from the beach. 5 STARS!!!

Perfect Location

Awesome house, family, friends and I loved it a lot of room for everyone, location was perfect for restaurants and grocery stores, and the beach off the back of the house was gorgeous. Would definitely book this house again.
