“Mycket fin anläggning mitt i nationalparken Nakuru. Prickfri service, mycket god buffé och frukost, bra poolområde och fantastiska möjligheter för en oförglömlig safari. Vi såg allt förutom de stora kattdjuren under vår 3-timmars tur. Inträde på $70 per person och natt för att vistas i nationalparken missade dock hotellet att informera om.”

“Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. “This is a lovely place for a quiet break right next to the beautiful Lake. The scenery and bird life is stunning. The staff are great too. We were very pleased with the service. Food is average, but there are various options. Some of the hotel is a little run down. However, the positives far outweigh the negatives and I can definitely recommend it if you don’t demand the very best. ”

“Amazing place. My Dad had a good time. It was a nice stay as it was a treat for the easter season. The staff were accomadating due to late check in and kindly agreed for Dad to check out late and have lunch the next day which was a nice gesture. Will recommend the lodge. Worth a visit for singles, couples or families.”

“The property is in a serene area. We stayed at the Flamingo suite that is an amazing tent. With living room, huge balcony overlooking the flamingoes on the lake. The staff is exceptional. The food delicious and well served. A very relaxing experience indeed. ”

“I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!...

“Don't book this hotel, it's a scam! When we arrived at the property, they did not accept our confirmed and pre-paid (!) booking because they said they don't collaborate with hotels.com. We had to leave as the hotel was fully booked. We never got a refund, neither by the hotel nor by hotels.com. Also, when we asked for a written confirmation that there is no collaboration with hotels.com, the hotel manager refused and started being really unfriendly.”
