“We had a fantastic 5-night stay. The private pool was awesome, the place was spotless, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They even prepared an early takeaway breakfast for us on our last day because we had an early departure, which was a lovely touch. “Had a wonderful stay. The friendliness of Thanh and his family is what stood out the most. The local excursions, the home-cooked meals, a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day, and being greeted by their dog were other highlights. I especially enjoyed the bike ride through the rice fields.”

“The best room I had by far when travelling Vietnam. It was big, clean, great bed, everything was working, fantastic shower, best toilet I had in this country and many windows. The pool was nice after a hot long day. The staff was fantastic and can help you with everything. I got a small injury and they helped guide me to the hospital etc. They also cook for you and the Grandma makes delicious food! I loved my stay here and really would like to come back someday.”

“Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower.
