“The rooms look nice and newly renovated. They were also clean. But we had to change our room twice due to a mouldy smell. The fact that it's not possible to open the windows in many rooms makes this even worse. We would not go there again.”

“Very nice area.”

“Very small but clean room, okay location, close to the yamanote line however the line is very crowded during all hours. Supermarkets, some restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood”

“We are so happy with our stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful and spacious (the entire hotel was stunning). The room was also very quiet which I was extremely grateful for since I'm a light sleeper. The view from the room over the garden was absolutely amazing. The wifi in the room and in the hotel in general was very reliable. The breakfast was good with a lot to choose from and almost all of the food had information on...

“Great location. Fantastic that it is so well anchors in the neighbourhood. So well organized and effortless.”

“Great service. Clean room.”

“In general a very good hotel. We like the breakfast, the kind and welcoming personell and the location the best.”

“I stayed here with a group of 12 people. We had 4 rooms. It was perfect! The rooms were spacious by Japan standards. I appreciated that they had a small kitchenette. 7/11 is right next door, so perfect for quick snack or food runs. It’s also fairly close to the train station. I would absolutely recommend!”

“Very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Extremely close to multi train station gates. They have a washing machine you can use for free along with detergent but they do not have a dryer. Extremely easy check in and check out. Temperature can be controlled by room not by floor.”

“The location is perfect. The hotel is literally less than a minute from the Yamanote line, which quickly takes you to Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. The area is very quiet and everybody was friendly. Also you have a Starbucks in the same house! ”

“APA Sugamo Review Spotless rooms and impeccable cleanliness throughout, including the relaxing top-floor bath. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic, warm, and eager to help with everything. Excellent overall service, unbeatable location near JR Sugamo Station, and outstanding value. Highly recommended—I would gladly stay again.”

“The room was clean and tidy. Quick responses from the team. Only issue was that we weren’t provided with any water for the first day and the sponge was also used. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and were close to metros and convenience stores.”
