“Location great but not ideal for 4 person stay only one bathroom no powder room. No outdoor lounge chairs. Beach towels had not been cleaned. No creamer for coffee and coffee not a luxury type. Would have preferred espresso over keurig. Should have had welcome waters for guests. Bathroom soaps and shampoo not luxury brand either. Basically do not think should be labeled luxury when towels were not clean and or stained and accoutrements were not luxury caliber.”

“First the positives. The house was very clean and included everything you could possibly need for a short stay in Nantucket. Very close to town and quiet. Kate is a great host with excellent communication. We were also able to get in the house earlier than 4PM which was much appreciated. I suspect the mid-week timing helped there. What could be better? Check-in is tricky due to entry in the back and the door is sort of hidden. 9AM check-out does not give you much time to enjoy the morning on...

“The advertising is very misleading. It’s not a private house. It’s an apartment. That is attached to a large tenement house . This “apartment” lacks privacy and has maintenance issues.”
