“A perfect vacation home on island. We loved the very private yard, including the pool and outdoor kitchen. The extensive game room in the basement was a big bonus. The home is essentially brand new and very well-stocked, and the owner could not have been more accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.”

“This is a lovely house. The beds were comfortable, sitting room was nice and kitchen was attractive and well-appointed. We enjoyed that we could walk into town and be at restaurants and shops within 15 minutes, on foot. We rented bikes and loved that the bike path was right across the street. Our only suggestion is that the hosts get a more user-friendly coffee pot, as we struggled to figure out how to use it. ”

“This house has it all for families with kids. Great kitchen perfect outdoor spaces with fencing. The location is perfect for walking or strolling your kids into town. Great house! Tons of space and the third floor was perfect for our grandkids! Out only issue was there is ALOT of street noise. It didn’t bother the adults but it woke the babies after 9pm. “Lovely stay. Perfect location that’s walking distance to everything in town. Very clean, good quality linens and towels, and well stocked. Property is showing some wear and tear, mainly some of the paint/walls and upstairs bathroom. Queen bed (non primary bedroom) upstairs also could use a replacement as very noisy/creaky. Overall though very good and we were happy. ”

“This house was great! We loved the location and being a short distance to the beach, the brewery, and town. We frequented Bartlett's Farm just down the road. The house was charming and we loved using the outdoor shower and eating meals on the big deck!We all had a comfortable great stay. ”
