The space
The home is newly redecorated in mid century modern aesthetic, with new hardwood floors and recently remodeled bathrooms.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are connected through an open-concept floor plan, tailored for lounging, cooking and entertaining. The living room has a smart TV that is equipped with Hulu, Netflix as well as an electric fireplace. The living room has a charming bar cart, record player and a Sonos speaker. Kitchen contains a large island countertop and is equipped with stainless steel appliances and features cooking and baking essentials, a juicer, toaster, microwave, Cuisinart food processor, Kitchen-aid Standing Mixer, French Press and a Stagg EKG Electric Kettle for pour-over coffee making. The dining room opens up onto a covered outdoor dining space for those looking to dine al fresco, rain or shine. The outdoor dining space features two heat lamps that will keep you warm on chilly nights. The backyard also features a wood burning fire pit as well as a swinging egg chair. There are fruit trees in the front and back yard. You can control the AC/Heater with the Nest thermostat.
