Mysigt hem nära Downtown & Oxbow Market. Hemmet är uppdelat i 2 delar och gästerna har en egen ingång. Napa-koden kräver att annonsera som privat rum snarare än hela hemmet, men gästerna har en egen ingång. Det finns 3 rum och 2 bad på övervåningen, ett rymligt vardagsrum, öppen spis, matplats och kök och däck. Detta är det perfekta läget för din semester i Napa Valley! Vi är i ett vänligt, lugnt bostadsområde. Hemmet ligger nära vingårdar, därför kanske du hör trafik särskilt under skörden. Det finns en mellanskola i närheten och trafiken ökar under avresa från skolan (08:00) och släpptider (14:00) måndag till fredag.

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed for two nights and the home was very welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Convenient 5 min drive to downtown.

Older facility but in good condition. Would be nice to have laundry despite disclosure. No hand towels in kitchen. Not enough spices, sugar, coffee… Great location but there wasn’t anything that would make this booking stand out.

Cute and Convenient!

We stayed here to celebrate my bachelorette in Napa, and it was the perfect place! Karin and Brenda were wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy too! It was nice to not be too far from downtown, everything seemed pretty close. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

2022 Napa Valley Trip

I brought my wife and our daughter out to Napa Valley (for belated 21st birthday present for our daughter). When you rent a VRBO property, for the first time, you just do not always know what you are going to get. With this particular property in NAPA - we got everything we could of hoped for. The house was emmaculate and came with the nicer things like very comfortable beds , nice towels, nice kitchen that was stocked with everything you need. The house was also just few miles from the start of the Silverado wine trail - and only a few miles from downtown NAPA / Oxbow Market - great location. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to Napa. John H.

Easy, nice house

Stayed here while visiting family. It is conveniently located but is on the corner of a busy street If you are bothered by car noise (we weren’t) it might not be the place for you. Had everything we needed, hot tub was great, spacious house. Easy check in and good communication with hosts.

Great Stay

The property is ideally located and a short walk into town. It was also a great starting point for driving to the various wineries within the valley. The amenities were as described and the hosts were always quick with their communications.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Karin's Napa home! We enjoyed the outdoor space, relaxing and bbq-ing. Karin was extremely communicative, given the holiday, and willing to help with any issue we had. Great location for a weekend in wine country.

Great little place right outside of downtown Napa

This was a great little place to stay outside of downtown Napa. The check-in process was seamless, the house was clean, hot tub was nice & everything was as pictured. Really appreciated all the towels as well (sometimes there aren't enough at these houses). Karin was very communicative and made everything easy and seamless.

Stars and Stripes Napa Wine Trip

This rental was the best price in the area for this Holiday weekend. The 4 of us enjoyed our stay and everyone raved about the bath towels. Also, it was a nice touch that in every room there was a stack of towels for the bath and sauna along with slippers for the guests. The house is very close to downtown Napa, their are wineries close by and close to the market and restaurants. One tip I will give is, if you plan to enjoy the deck and have a bad back, bring your own chair so you can be comfortable enjoying the outdoors. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Karin!

Perfect for visiting Napa

The house is super clean, and very comfortable with 2 bedrooms that easily accommodated 2 couples. We drank coffee on the front porch, sat in the hot tub, and drank wine on the back deck. It's a very short drive to Oxbow Market, and downtown Napa. There is a great hill across the street that provides a challenging jog after hitting a few wineries that day before. Thanks for a great experience!

Very neat place to stay in Napa.

Plenty of space and very well maintained. There is a whirpool outside of house, but unfortunately did not have a chance to use it since we were exhausted having visited so many wineries. Definitelyrecommend this place for your visit to Napa.

The house was clean, well appointed, and perfect for a Napa wine adventure.

Both couples enjoyed staying at this comfortable VRBO. The living room was well furnished, and the kitchen was well equipped. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Several good restaurants were an easy drive from the house. We would stay again when visiting Napa. Because the weather was cold and rainy, we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub and grill.
