“The host was very helpful ; the house was clean snd nicely appointed. The location is excellent . The stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom are very steep .. I would not recommend it for older people. Unless you enjoy a patio, the place is perfect.”

“This was a decent rental for the money. The sofa is almost not usable - you can see the lumps and feel the springs under the slip cover. The listing wasn’t clear there would be people in the basement. You could hear them sometimes through the vents. But the unit was very clean and suited our purposes. ”

Loved the location, under 10 min walk to super restaurants on Picton's Main St. We really enjoyed the outdoor area - for both an al fresco lunch, and after dinner wine. “The property was in the country and a distance from Picton. Lovely grounds and very peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the kitchen table is a perfect size for catching up with friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have an entrance pass for Sandbanks with the rental. ”
