“Check in is seamless with lock codes sent to email and through text before we arrived. The breakfast was delicious each morning and very convenient! We stayed during a tsunami warning and the chef provided a dinner option for everyone since all the restaurants closed in the area. Definitely an added perk to staying in a small historic inn! ”

“I had a great visit at the Historic Wailuku Inn. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious, just as pictured, bright and very comfortable. The Inn is meticulously maintained, both inside and out. I spent many nights on the front porch, working or catching up on e-mail, and got to know several of the other guests. The staff are super friendly and are very quick to respond to any inquiry that I had. I am looking forward to my next visit to Maui and my stay at the Historic Wailuku Inn.”

“3月初めに6泊利用しました。部屋は広く、景色も良かった。キッチンも使いやすくで良かった。ただ、部屋の掃除、特に、風呂や洗面所の排水口の掃除が全くされていなかった。シャワーを浴びるとほとんど排水せず、足元に水が溜まってしまうので、排水口を確認したところ、大量の髪の毛が固まって詰まっていて、水が流れない状態だった。仕方なく、指を突っ込んで取り除いたところ、スムーズに流れるようになった。洗面所も水の排水が悪かったが、使う度にシンクに溜まった水を数分かけて流すようにして凌いだ。おそらくこちらも何らかのゴミが溜まっているのだと思われる。 ベランダでは、夜になると驚くほど綺麗な星空を眺めて癒されていたのだが、隅の隙間にゴキブリの巣があるようで、毎晩出入りしているのが認められた。滞在中に3匹退治して放置したところ、翌朝には鳥が餌として片付けてくれた。 排水口、ゴキブリ、いずれも清掃を徹底して、宿泊者に不快な思いをさせないようにして欲しい。”
