Vår nyare enfamiljshus har en underbar pool och Lanai med palmer, 3 sovrum som erbjuder en king size-säng i befälhavaren, drottning i 2: a sovrummet och en våningssäng med en dubbel och en tvilling i det tredje sovrummet. Det är också har 2 badrum, ett fullt möblerat vardagsrum, matsal, fullt utrustat kök och en 2 bil garage. 7 sovplatser bekvämt med plats för upp till 9 personer. Takfläktar, central AC, walk in closets, master bad, Hemmet var nytt år 2002 och professionellt inredda, och ligger nära de vackra Gulf Beaches och ligger inom en mil till den kända Vanderbilt Beach och Wiggins Pass Gulf Beach Parker. Sommar specialpris inkluderar städning .. Roku-boxen har just lagts på TV med NetFlix.


    Förutom Gulf Beaches, ligger det nära fina och avslappnade restauranger, samt underbar shopping och golf som Neapel har att erbjuda.

Beautiful home with classic Florida charm but with a nice touch of modern decor as well. The pool was perfect and the lanai kept the pesky mosquitos out, we were able to swim at night. Even with the heat, I was able to sit out on the patio in the mornings to drink my coffee. The house is super close to some awesome beaches and if you don’t have your beach/pool gear, this house has you covered. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Great place for a family vacation

Enjoyed our stay with a family. Spacious and well-equipped home to make your stay comfortable. Very short drive to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

We appreciated that our property was pet friendly and that our communication with our host, DAN, was great. The location was wonderful with access to many Naples amenities at our doorstep. The home was spacious and all on one level, which was a plus for us. It was comfortable, and our grand kids loved the pool on their short visit with us! We had a great stay of 90 days. Thank you, Dan!

Exceeded my expectations

The location and features of the home were near perfect. The neighbors were exceptional. Most of all Dan was an exceptional host checking with me from time to time and addressing any questions I had about the property. Thanks for making this time away from the frozen north a memorable experience.

Relaxing Stay

Wonderful and relaxing stay. House was clean and comfortable. Had a problem with the code to get in, but Dan was extremely responsive and had the problem solved immediately. Spent most of the week in the pool and around the lanai. The Bose music system outside was a nice extra we were not expecting. The cooking amenities were very basic. I love to cook but there was not a lot of serving utensils and dishes and just a few pots and pans but I was able to make do with what was there. Overall it was a great stay and just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The home was very clean. Everything you need for an amazing vacation. Dan was amazing! Very close to the beach! Lots of dinning options. Great value for the money spent. We will defiantly return.

Property manager very helpful

Positive; nice pool, close to beach, shops, Restaurants , dog friendly.. Could use some new patio furniture. I understand its rentable to dogs so they don’t want the finest. The house was clean enough but not behind furniture or top of appliances. A nice basket was there on our arrival with goodies and wine. Negative: lots of traffic and no place to walk except sidewalk on relatively busy street or in the street on side street. We had a good time and we were able to bring our dog. A few minor adjustments . The neighborhood is obviously in transition. Lots of tear downs with new builds and some unkempt houses. We have never stayed in North Naples before but I can see its advantages. We

North Naples Home

Fabulous location in North Naples! Plenty to do beach close by and great restaurants. We spent 4 weeks in the house for February and had our adult children and friends visit. All enjoyed their stay!! Communication for the house was also awesome!

Naples stay

Overall no complaints, Dan was very responsive and undoubtedly seemed eager to help if we had any major issues, which we did not. The location was good right off highway 41 which is the major connecting road to many areas.

Thanksgiving vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room for 8 of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The location can’t be beat. I highly recommend this property!

This was the best vacation ever! The house has everything you need, very clean! The location was perfect and close to the beaches and to all shopping needs! Dan was great and very responsive to anything we need! We would definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay, house was very cozy and relaxing. Everything was in close distance of the home . Very clean and safe environment. Dan was a great person, if we ever have to return we will definitely stay again. They made their home feel like home away from home.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here with our 5 nieces and nephews. We were really close to Vanderbilt beach and Wiggins Pass State Park. It was the perfect location for all of the things we wanted to do.
