"Booked two rooms that included USD 50 resort credit per room per day, but at check-out they said I wouldn't get it and told me I should talk to Expedia about it. This was my fifth time att Naples Grande, but when you basically get scammed like this the urge to come back is not very strong. "

"A genuine disappointment. The images displayed by the hotel show clean, modern rooms. These seem to exist (somewhere on the premises), but most of the rooms appear to be untouched (i.e. not renovated) since the 80s...there was a thick smell of mold in the room, possibly from the AC vent which was clogged with some dark stuff, or it could be from the dirty floor. The paint in the ceiling had large cracks and spots, probably from moisture seeping in from somewhere. Unidentified bugs in the kitchen area, thick layers of dust in the corners etc. The breakfast experience (breakfast served at the pool area) was a bit better than the room, but marginally so...poor service and bad food. This hotel needs a total makeover."

"The traffic and AC were very loud during the night. The breakfast service has room for improvement. The pool and resturant was nice even though the traffic was loud."

"Love this hotel with everything new and fresh. The interior designer did a great job. The rooms was great with balcony towards the sunset! The guys in the lobby cafe extremely attentive and so service minded so five star service there !! The only complaint is that when we arrived excited to try this new hotel, traveled all way from sweden the lady who checked us in barely greated us with a hi … when we asked to change room to a higher floor another employee helped us and it was a soo more nice experience - so overall a really nice stay! Will def come back next time ! Oh snd the rooftop bar was amazing "
