The Luxury home is located on private quiet street and surrounded with beautiful landscaping. Here you will find a peaceful and relaxing environment surrounded by tropical nature.
Short couple minutes drive to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop, and other stores.

Home is available for rent on a monthly basis for January, February, March, and April months. Rate will vary depending on a length of a lease agreement, time of the year.

Loft area with sofa and Smart TV.

This home includes comfortable beds and luxury 100% cotton linens and towels!
All 3 bathrooms are fully stocked: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels.
For extra guests we can provide queen air mattresses in a loft area upon request with no charge.
Baby crib and feeding chair available upon request at no additional charges for our guests.

The spacious open space living area that includes a 65” smart TV and plenty of seating for the guests. The chefs kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook a fabulous dinner for your family (Coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender, dishwasher, build in oven and microware, gas stove etc.).
Outside on the screened lanai we have a gas outdoor grill and a seating area where you can spend your afternoon with a glass of wine, take a nap or just watch the palm trees blow in the breeze! Heated pool with children safety gates.
We do have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and beach toys for kids.
No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted on the lanai. Please note that there is a $500 penalty.
We do not charge our guests an extra person fee, but you have to specify how many people are staying (including children) so that we have additional bedding and towels available for everyone.
We expect that you respect our home and leave property in a broom swept condition. If the deep cleaning is required after your stay, there will be additional charges.
Families with children: even the pool has a kids safety gates, but please take proper steps to supervise children all the time.

House is entirely for the guest's use.
