Nice home in a safe beautiful neighborhood with great pool and all the amenities including beach chairs etc. Great view on pool deck looking out on a canal and ranch on the other side.

Great vacation at the Tivoli

Very nice house , all necessary equipment and amenities. The only comments are the house is in a need of a facelift , and can at times be abit noisy from trafic.

We had a wonderful time

Great property with wonderful view from Lanai. Kids had great time in swimming pool. Briarwood is a great neighborhood just 10-15 mins from beaches/ 5th avenue shopping. Mattresses are due for replacement. Nearby airport and Livingston traffic can be noisy at times.

Overall a nice option

Overall enjoyed our stay. Private pool and plenty of space. Great location overall as only a short drive to anything in Naples. Place was a bit more damaged than pictures would indicate (stains on carpet, marks on walls, etc). A bit low on the supplies given our reservation was for a week (no dish soap, no laundry detergent, minimal paper towels and trash bags). At the end of the day we had a great time and it was a nice spot for the family.

Lovely home that could use some upgrades

We enjoyed the house tremendously. However, the TV's in the master/guest bedroom need modern upgrades. We give a shout out to our VACAS rep, Tina, who responded in 10 minutes when we could not get these tvs to work. In addition, she ordered new cookware for us as what is here is in terrible condition. The beds are good. The view on the canal is lovely. We've had fabulous weather.

Great Home for Family Vacation

The home is beautiful. I would have given it five stars but the TV in the family room is not a smart tv and our family enjoys watching movies together, the internet was poor and it made it difficult to work remotely, the heated pool is wonderful but unfortunately the heat was not working until the 2nd week of our stay. I would return if the owner is able to update the tv and internet.

Toller Ort jedoch etwas veraltet

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. War unsere 3. Buchung in Brayerwood doch die bis jetzt schlechteste. Auch wenn man nicht zum Fernehen in den Urlaub fährt ist es jedoch schon fast eine Frechheit so alte Fernseher den Kunden anzubieten. Man könnte mit wenig Aufwand viel mehr draus machen denn imerhin ist der Preis genau so hoch wie bei ähnlichen Häusern die jedoch deutlisch mehr Bequämlichkeiten anbieten. Das Haus ist jetzt nicht schlecht jedoch etwas zu teuer im Gegensatz zu ähnlichen Objekten

Nice location and neighborhood

We had a great stay. We really liked the location. The community was very safe and quiet. The pool was very warm (paid for it to be heated). There were plenty of beach towels, towels and sheets. As I read in other ratings, it needs a lot of updating. The linens are very worn, as is everything. The couch is very dirty and needs to be cleaned. They only had one kitchen towel which is not enough. And, only had 7 plates. I would have to run the dishwasher multiple times a day. They have no plastic plates, bowls, etc for eating outside by the pool. This being said, we really enjoyed our stay! We were 2 adults with 2 toddlers most of the stay. We had another couple join us for 4 nights. It felt plenty big for all of us.
