Denna underbara 3 sovrum, 2 badrum strand stuga (135m ²) ligger nära den glittrande vita sandstranden i Barefoot Beach. Barefoot Beach har nyligen röstats till näst bästa stranden i USA. (

Båthuset är mycket smakfullt inrett i ljusa färger. Den varma och inbjudande atmosfären ger en ljus och sorglös inställning till livet under mottot: Hav, Salt och Sand (hav, salt och sand). Särskild komfort erbjuds av en vacker pool, en lugn privat trädgård bakom huset och ett modernt öppet kök med avancerade apparater i rostfritt stål och Abeitsfläche marmor.

En platt-TV med DVD-spelare, Bose-radio och ljudsystem och höghastighetsinternet i hela huset kompletterar erbjudandet. På soltaket omgivet av palmträd hittar du mysiga lounsstolar och ett teakbord med stolar och en Webergrill.

En kort promenad tar dig till en mängd restauranger. Förutom många små butiker hittar du i närheten också en stor stormarknad för dina inköp. Detta fritidshus erbjuder allt du behöver under din semester i närheten.

This was a wonderful rental for our family. The home was clean and organized. The host was easy to communicate with and the home was equipped with everything we could need. We had pool and beach toys and high chair for when my niece came to visit. 5 stars!

This was my first time renting a private home for our vacation stay, so I had lots of questions! Mrs. Marion made herself available to answer each and every one! She even offered to drive over and let me in herself when I 🤓 couldn’t get the key out of the lockbox. Everything we needed during our stay was there! This home lacked absolutely nothing! When we did have to go for groceries, etc., we drove 9 minutes to Publix, which had a WalMart directly across the street and a Walgreens just around the corner. It was quite charming, very clean, comfortable and very relaxing! The neighborhood was very quiet and kid friendly! My sweet grand babies wanted to stay forever!!! My family will definitely book this home over and over again!!!

The Best!

We had The Best time. Glad we were able to nook thos cottage gor only a few days. We were just passing through this area. We've stayed on Cape Coral before but this area is so much nicer. See you next year, but then for at least a week.

Perfect Getaway

This house and location were perfect for our Spring Break Vacation. The house had absolutely everything we needed including a wonderful private pool out the back door. The neighborhood was lovely and very quiet. It came with plenty of beach towels and beach and pool accessories. The property manager went above and beyond our expectations. Bonita Springs was a lovely place to visit along with warm sunny weather and delicious food.

Best so far!!!

We’ve booked several rentals over the years through VRBO and on other platforms. This is the cutest & cleanest so far. We felt very much ‘at home’ during our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The house was tastefully decorated with much attention to the little details. Well maintained! Very close to the beach. We tried some nice local restaurants to which we were able to walk. There is a Publix supermarket around the corner. And what we liked most is the pool. The house is snugged into a safe and quiet little neighborhood. We’ll for sure be back!!

Great Bonita Springs house rental

The house was clean, well equipped, fairly spacious. The pool was great, especially with the water heater. Nice outdoor living area. The host was very responsive, although we didn’t have much in the way of needs. The property is well located, near: Publix, Fresh Market, Walgreens, the Royal Scoop and a number of restaurants, Bonita Beach Park and Barefoot Beach Preserve. Would highly recommend!

I wish I could give this property and host more stars. My husband and friends spent a wonderful two weeks in Bonita Springs. This home is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect. A quiet neighborhood that's close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Plus, we enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Our host was exceptional. She checked in to see how we were doing. When I mentioned the fabric on a lounge chair had ripped, she quickly replaced it. Service above and beyond. I'm dreaming about my next stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Summer House. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, beautifully appointed with nautical beach decor. We throughly enjoyed the very private heated salt water pool. The owner was very responsive to any requests.

Great Getaway Week

My Wife and I enjoyed this property as part of a mini Vacation retreat to warm weather. The venue was just what we were looking for. Property and amenities were perfect for our stay, with the pool (which was pre-warmed for us by the host), which we enjoyed immediately upon arrival. The property was located in very quiet residential area, which was amiable for long safe walks. It also was centrally located around many quality restaurants, shops, supply stores, and a short distance to the beach. Communication was very easy with the host, and we stayed with confidence that if we had any issues they would be addressed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We loved the property! Decorated very cozy and loved the bed. It was perfect for my husband and I. Everything we need was at the house. Silly thing is buy cooking oil and paper towels, they are not provided. Location is great, nearby all the necessities. Quick drive to the beach.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Perfekter Lage!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Mein Mann war ganz begeistert, wie gut er hier geschlafen hat. Die Matratze ist spitze. Der Pool ist in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet und daher hat er den ganzen Tag Sonne.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Vermieterin hat uns erzählt, sie hat drei weitere Ferienhäuser. Die schauen wir uns auch mal an! Alle haben super Bewertungen!
