Smakfullt inredda och inredda 3 sovrum 2 bad sjö pool med hemtrevlig panoramautsikt serene utsikt över sjön.

Detta bekväma hem har en ljus, rymlig öppen planlösning med katedraltak och keramik- / lövträd i kök och vardagsrum. Njut av dina måltider i det rymliga äterköket medan du tar en fantastisk utsikt över sjön och vilda djur.

Sovrummet ligger på andra våningen med eget badrum. Denna ljusa och luftiga sovrum med queen size-säng är vackert inredd och är säker på att du även glädjer dig av de mest kräsna besökarna.

De två andra sovrummen ligger på huvudnivån. Andra sovrummet har en drottning säng med gott om garderob och byrå utrymme, medan det tredje sovrummet är perfekt för barn med 2 enkelsängar och färgstark inredning.

Hemmet har egen uppvärmd privat pool som är säkert omsluterad med en skärmad Lanai och ett barnsäkerhet staket. Det finns skjutdörr tillgång till Lanai / pool från både vardagsrum och kök.

Beautiful Laid Back Property

We loved our stay in Naples. The pool backing up to the lagoon was amazing for wildlife watching with morning coffee. The listing was accurate and the kitchen was perfect for making lunch and dinner. The property was immaculate and the owners were readily available for any questions. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Naples.

Wonderful trip

We loved our stay. Used the pool and pool/beach supplies/floats daily. Upstairs bedroom was cool and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Shower pressure on first floor is great. Quiet and safe neighborhood was pleasant. The backyard allowed us to see birds, turtles, lizards and bunnies. Loved our stay!

I would rent it again

We were very impressed with how clean the house was and how nice a neighborhood it was in. We loved the pool and the nature preserve in the backyard, we saw two alligators and two iguanas. The house is close to everything and we hope to be back someday.

Paradise!

What a gem! The house is awesome and the perfect place for a relaxing vacation! We even didn’t mind the full day of rain we got because we got to spend it looking out to the pond,just relaxing and taking it all in. The house is close to everything,felt like everywhere we wanted to go was 10 min away.Kids loved the pool! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

True paradise

We have been staying in Fort Myers Beach and now Naples for seven years now. This place was by far the absolute best. We loved being 10 foot away from the lake and seeing the wildlife. The helmeted pool was just perfect for our cookout. The accommodations inside had everything you possibly could want And two washers and dryers, although not needed, would probably help a big family immensely. A all the way.

Fantastic proper to relax in

Actually much better than the photos suggest - the house is large, clean and stocked well. Plenty of room! Spiral staircase can be a tough tricky, Perhaps. The pool area is wonderful and there was lots of wildlife to see. We had a thoroughly great time here.

Peaceful nature home

First vacation since we retired. So peaceful, enjoyed the pool every day. Loved searching the lake for turtles, Gaters birds. The Iquana's liked wondering & checking out your lard. Only issue was Traffic in Naples. found out when to be out. Much better.

Nature lovers paradise

Great neighborhood. When we were home, we spent most of our time outside where we were able to observe the many visitors. Guests included, alligators, iguanas and several bird species. The space provided a tranquil environment to relax after a long busy day out exploring the Naples area. One of the highlights of our trip was the boat ride from Marco Island. We had a really cool interactive experience with the local dolphins. Highly recommend this property.
