Om boendet

Great Naples Vacation House with Pool at Briarwood.

    - Pool: Vi renoverade just poolen i december 2023.

Lovely big home with great outdoor area. Plenty of space and the kids absolutely loved the pool (as did us adults). Cosy living area and the villa was equipped with everything you will need and more! Host communication was great - we requested an early check in and this was accommodated at very short notice - thank you! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Five Stars isn’t enough! Well beyond our expectations. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. TV on the covered pool area was real nice. Pool was great, clean, nice furniture and floating pool accessories. Bedroom and bathroom was amazing. High-end furnishings throughout. The development was beautifully maintained. The host was very accommodating and very fast with responses. Paul the property manager was an additional plus! We’ve stayed at other properties and this one is easily the best!! Highly recommend this property and host!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had the best time staying here for a week with our family for spring break. I have four children and it was the perfect house - we could swim, take naps, cook, and it was very close to downtown Naples and 5th Ave. Very clean, had everything we needed (pack n play, beach chairs, umbrella, floaties, etc.) and the property manager and owner were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!
