Our Naples Beach Paradise is centrally located minutes to Vanderbilt beach, Mercato, and great restaurants! This home features a fun outdoor space which includes a beach backyard, hot tub, fire pit, horseshoes, and a grill. We brought the beach directly to your backyard! Every room has a smart TV with LED lights installed behind each one. We have 3BRs, two lead to the outdoor space and 2 full bathrooms. Expect to have all the essentials so that you can just kick back and relax during your stay!

There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress with an on suite bathroom attached. You have your own 43 inch smart TV with LED lights for at night if you choose to want to put them on.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and an additional office space attached. This bedroom also has its own smart TV with LEDs.

The third bedroom has a day bed. There`s two twin beds in this space with the 2nd twin bed being a pull out. You have your own 43 inch smart TV in this room as well along with the optional LED lights. We also have a seating area here that has two bean bag chairs if you choose to kick back while watching TV and hanging out.

The living room has two comfortable couches. Enough space for everyone to sit and has a 55 inch smart TV. There are LED lights behind the TV if you choose to turn them on at night.

The dining area has a full dining room table that sits 6 people. We provide a high chair for a little one as well.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal with all of the essentials.

The hallway bathroom contains a stand up shower and the on suite master bedroom has a shower and tub combination.

The backyard has plenty of seating, hot tub, a fire pit, a grill, and lawn chairs so that you can soak up the Florida sun! We provide marshmallow skewers if you choose to use the fire pit.

You have a front lanai space that has a table and chairs if you want to enjoy a nice meal and relax in a closed in area outside.

There is a dedicated laundry room with a full size washer and dryer with detergent included so you can check out with all your clothes clean 🙂

Access to almost the full space! Couple cabinets in the laundry room locked off and a section of the garage blocked off. The rest of the space is guest access!

Hot tub Heating: $35/day to heat the hot tub. All reservations must be made 24-48 hours in advance.

Use of the hot tub is at guests’ own risk. By booking and using these amenities, guests acknowledge and accept all responsibility for their safety and the safety of their party. Children must be supervised at all times.

No glassware is allowed near or around the hot tub.

This property is located about 6min drive away from BlueBill beach and a 7min drive away from Vanderbilt beach. Not walking distance to the beach

Early Check-In Fees
Check-in time is from 4:00pm-1:00am. Additional fees may apply depending on your requested check-in time between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. A full nightly rate will apply for any check-in before 12:00 p.m.

Late Check-Out Fees
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Additional fees may apply depending on your requested check-out time between 10am and 1pm. A full nightly rate will apply for any check-out after 1:00 p.m.

All early check-in and late check-out requests must be approved in advance and confirmed in writing by our team, and are subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A

$500 fine will be imposed if smoking is confirmed or if lingering smoke odors are detected.
