Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, featuring a dining table suitable for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Step outside onto the patio or balcony to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful surroundings. The property features three well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed and ensures a restful night's sleep. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a queen-size bed. Two full bathrooms offer convenience and privacy. Outside, the private pool and hot tub beckon for a refreshing dip or a relaxing soak. Enjoy outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for al fresco dining. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and wireless internet. This home is designed for families and is suitable for children and infants.

Amenity Disclaimer: Player's Club access is optional and available for an additional fee. A copy of the membership form will be sent at the same time as the required HOA application. Please contact us for the current fee. This optional fee must be paid to VueStay. Guests will have access to their pool, spa appointments, dining and special events, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and gym. The Player's Club golf course is not available but there are two public golf courses in Lely Resort to book and pay for tee times: Mustang and Flamingo. If guests choose not to do the Player's Club, guests have access to the public golf courses and there is one restaurant open to the public: Sam Snead's Tavern.
