  • This newly renovated house is in the best location on a quiet street in Naples. Begin the day with a dip in the design pool (a children's fence to the pool is available if you have small children). Walking distance to everything but in the garage there are also 6 bikes available. Cozy patio by the pool with dining table, sofa group and a barbecue. The house is new on VRBO. Enjoy the tropical climate and magica sunsets on the beach in the paradise Naples. You have a 2 minute walk to the tennis courts at the Arthur Allen tennis club in Cambier Park. 5th Avenue can be reached by foot 5 minutes and here you will find a large selection of restaurants and shops. 3rd street is the most popular restaurant street and is only 5 min bike ride away. The beach is reached in 3 minutes with one of the bikes you find in the garage. This is a accommodation for those of you who are looking for a cozy and modern house with a location that makes your stay comfortable so you get the most out of your stay in Naples.

The property was wonderful and the description and photos of it are accurate. Everything we needed for cooking a dinner, a day at the beach, or just a leisurely bike ride were all easily available to us at the property. This place met everything that we were looking for in our stay!

The house is new, well-maintained, clean, comfortable, beautiful, in central location in Old Naples. The description was very accurate - 3 nice size bedrooms with 2 large full baths, 1 powder room, and outdoor shower.. Very spacious living/dining area with high ceiling - perfect for our tall adults to feel they have a lot of space. Kitchen and breakfast area had everything needed. Furniture, carpeting/rugs, and beds all comfortable and clean, new.Lots of bikes were in garage but not needed - we had our own. The pool was lovely. But we had a 2 year old and a 1 year old - the owner provided a flexible "fence" to protect small children, but we instead gated top of 5 steep steps down to pool to keep kids safe. Pool - Liked the steps at one end and shallow area at other end. The hosts were accessible by text message, although we had to consider 6 hour time difference since they are in Sweden, but communication was limited and worked out fine. It was a very good experience, and we would highly recommend this rental home. The location - it does not get better than this in Naples! Across the street from the park with tennis courts, and playground, 6 blocks to beach, 1-2 blocks to a ton of restaurants. Quiet and relaxing, yet in the middle of it all. We hope we can do this again next year!
