Great location for anyone wanting to explore different sides of Naples. A step and a half from Via Chiaia, the sea and bus connections. The staff is welcoming and rooms, if somewhat lacking in view, are excellent. It is also very quiet.

Nice hotel located in central Napoli, excellent for quality shopping. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Car parking available very close to hotel. Good pricing.

Lyxigt till litet pris
Väldigt lyxigt till bra pris. Gångavstånd till shoppingstråk. Närmaste Metro (Toledo) dock en bit bort (15 min). Väldigt nöjda, rekommenderas starkt.

Bra hotell i smeten
Helhetsintryck är väldigt bra. Hjälpsam personal som svarar p alla frågor. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra i smeten, men man har bekymmer om man kommer med bil. Hotellet ligger på väldigt small gata, där man får inte åka efter 19.00. Man får parkera i hotellets garage för kostnad 20Euro + tax. Dyrt, men bättre att göra det då det är omöjligt att parkera i Neapel. Rummet har alla faciliteter, wifi är gratis och fungerar bra. Frukosten är OK, men utan det lilla extra. Hotell rekommenderas.

Good Hotel in a nice area
I used the hotel on the first and last day of my vacation at the Amalfi coast and it was very good both times. Great location in a nice area and even if it's in the central part of the city it's silent so I slept well. It doesn't have a restaurant but there is good but not expensive restaurant very close to the hotel. The hotel is clean and well maintained. So I'm happy that I used this hotel instead of an airport hotel in less nice area and the airport is just 30 minutes away with taxi. If I would go to Naples again I would stay at this hotel.

This hotel is safe and clean. Next time I would just stay in Rome and take the train down to see Pompeii, Naples not really worth the visit. Jersey shore of Italy.

Hôtel bien situé
Je rêvais de séjourner dans cet hôtel historique. La chambre était petite et pas spécialement luxueuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner était copieux et de qualité. J'y reviendrai seulement si je trouve un prix raisonnable.

Hotel bellissimo e con personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Molto silenzioso, ben collegato caloroso e ben arredato. Unico aspetto migliorabile , la mancanza di un marciapiede uscendo dall’entrata principale ( bisogna fare molta attenzione a macchine e motorini). Magari si potrebbe mettere una segnaletica ben visibile a chi esce.

If you like fin de siècle decor and antiques, this hotel is for you. It is a great location and the hotel is beautiful. However, the Palazzo has obviously had better times and many of the walls need a coat of paint and the carpets should be refurbished. The weirdest aspect is that it felt a bit like all the staff were watching your every movement around the property. Everywhere you turned the staff were just around the corner. Maid vaped in the room, and left the window open so the aircon would not work. Took a while to figure that one out. Some staff very supportive, others less so. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It was as good as Naples can be, I suppose. Felt safer in this area than others, and the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. A/C could be better, but it was sufficient. Walls were thin, and I could hear the people above and next to me. If I return to Naples, however, this is where I would stay.

Overall great stay, love that breakfast is included. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is dated but the staff keep everything very clean and tidy so no problems there. It felt slightly off the beaten trail which was preferable, it was easy to get to and from via taxi. Additionally, it was nice to not be in as deep into some of the tourist sections yet still felt nearby, we felt that the dining was better in the area since it was more of the outskirts of the major tourists zones. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.
