När du helt renoverar detta underbara stora hus (350 kvm luftkonditionerade, 600 kvm totalt!) Vi har lagt värde på moderna material av hög kvalitet. Det rymliga öppna vardagsrummet och matsalen är ljusa och vänliga. Huset hyrs för högst 8 personer. Centrum för det moderna och modernaste gourmetköket är en stor granitö med 6 barstolar.
Huset har 5 sovrum, alla nya och med högkvalitativa boxmadrasser.
Sovrum: klädkammare, badrum med stor dusch och regndusch, separat toalett
 Två drottningsrum: dela ett badrum med stor dusch.
Kung sovrum: badrum med dusch / badkar.
Kung sovrum: 2. Golv ovanför det dubbla garaget, badrum med duschkar.
I den 2: a På första våningen finns också ett stort spelrum med biljardbord och shuffleboard-bord och bekväma sittplatser. Detta rum är ett bonusrum med en angränsande stor terrass som erbjuder en underbar utsikt över den vackra poolen och trädgården.
Den pittoreska stora poolen är mitten av denna dubbla fastighet, inbäddad i en tropisk trädgård. Vattenfallet i natursten av sandsten och bubbelpoolen kan värmas upp och är också upplyst på kvällen.
Det finns 6 solstolar för trevliga timmar vid poolen. Den nya utomhusloungen med sittgrupp inbjuder dig att dröja.
Den stora matplatsen utomhus med åtta stolar ligger inte långt från den stora rostfritt stålgrillen.
Det finns en utomhusdusch och ett poolbad.
Om du vill utforska området kan du välja en av de fem strandcruiserna (cyklar) i cykelgaraget och köra av. Det är bara cirka 5 minuter till nästa strand! Detta är precis i början av den naturliga Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park.

This home is like a small resort. Beautiful outdoor space with putting green and pool/ hot tub. House has everything you need, the host has thought of everything to make stay comfortable. Host provided towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for beach days. Bikes were great as well. The host was easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. Only issue we had was on two cooler days we could not get the hot tub to heat up very high. The host did compensate us by having us not pay for cribs and high chairs. Will definitely rebook in the future.

How could we even put into words how absolutely incredible this home rental is!? From the moment you walk in you truly feel like you’re in your own gorgeous world! Birgit, the host, has not spared any expense to make this place special. The house is spacious, well stocked beyond belief, and simply feels like home. She was so, very helpful with any question we had- as was the house manager! And I cannot forget the backyard… WOW!!! The pool, the furniture, and the little putt-putt course was out of this world! We will be back!! Thank you, Birgit for having us!!

This was the most amazing place to stay in Naples! The house is fantastic - lots of luxurious space and high-end amenities. It is a great location (close to the beach, zoo, botanical gardens, golf, shops, and restaurants). Our family enjoyed the bikes, the game room and the putting greens (to which we added obstacles to make greater challenges throughout the week). We had movie night, played shuffleboard and pool, and enjoyed the fire pit. You couldn't ask for more!The pool is the star of the property. It was kept warm, and the spa was a great treat. The host provided so many towels (and they dried quickly in the dryers!). Pool toys provided. Our hosts were fantastic, checking in to be sure the pool was warm enough and that we had all we needed.A truly relaxing and fun vacation. If I could give it more stars, I would. Thank you!

Paradise Palm Villa had everything a vacationing family would need. The Pool area is spacious and great to entertain and hang @ all day. The house had good space and all the amenities needed. The owner was attentive and responded in a timely manner to any questions I had. My family had a great time and I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Naples area

Amazing!

From the moment you walk in the door, you have been transported to an Oasis. This rental is fully equipped with everything you will need. The beds are comfortable and all the rooms including the outdoors are so inviting. The host would check in on us and she was very easy to reach if we needed anything. I can't say enough about this rental. It was amazing and we would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Great Stay!

Paradise Palm Villa is an amazing property! We’ve stayed in dozens of rental properties over the years, and this was, by far, the house with the best & most thoughtful features. We had four children under 8, and the fence around the pool was a key safety feature. The kitchen had everything you could ever want (or need!), and there were a variety of living spaces and three separate eating areas! The location was close to the beach, and there were lots of options for restaurants and takeout. Walmart & Publix were 5 minutes away. The host was very attentive to our needs at all times! If you’re looking for a great location to relax, play & make some family memories, this is it!

Oasis retreat

The entire house held my family of 9 count well ! I would say the large room upstairs which is very unique with bedroom bath then pool table shuffle board to get to it by stairs many stairs so not for all . Pool area at night is soo special with fire pit all just sitting and relaxing ! Golf was enjoyed by all ! Went to clam pass beach fantastic !

Paradise as Described

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Paradise Palm Villa. To start, Birgit, the host was friendly, efficient, responsive, and very thoughtful. The house was immaculate, had up-to-date touches, and had absolutely everything we needed - from bicycles, beach chairs/towels/toys, and pool rafts and toys to every kitchen appliance, glassware, and utensil you could think of (even taco trays). In fact, we struggled to think of something that was missing.It was the perfect place to stay with family as there were many things to do on site (pool, spa, putting green, game room) and many inviting places to seek refuge. The location was ideal - easy access to various beaches and shopping.Overall, we would return in a heartbeat!

North Naples oasis

Birgit's home was spotless and well set up with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The yard and pool were welcoming and peaceful to return to after car excursions. Cannot wait to stay again someday!

Our week-long stay at the Paradise Palm Villa was an absolute delight for our entire family. It was a fantastic retreat for both our young kids and their grandparents, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The villa was incredibly spacious yet cozy and included everything we needed for our stay. Each bedroom was comfortable and situated next to fully updated bathrooms. We were impressed by how well-stocked the house was. Everything we could possibly need was readily available, from kitchen essentials to entertainment options. Having two washers and two dryers was incredibly convenient to fit our needs. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the outdoor area. The pool was a hit with both kids and adults alike. The pool safety fence was awesome to have especially with children. In addition, we had a blast making use of the putting green and shuffleboard table. The location couldn't have been more ideal. The villa is conveniently close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. This made it incredibly easy for us to enjoy both leisurely meals out and cozy family dinners in. The host was very communicative and was there to answer any questions we had. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable retreat in a prime location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great week in Naples.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Paradise Palm Villa in Naples with our extended family, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the luxurious amenities and stunning surroundings. The villa itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, providing ample room for our large group to relax and unwind. Absolutely Wonderful Stay at paradise Palm!

We rented Paradise Palm for a week stay with a total of 10 people, 6 of which were children ranging 8-15 years. Everyone loved the property and said they would definitely return again! The house has everything you need in it plus so much more. The backyard and outdoor seating is stunning! It really was like a week in paradise right outside the door. There are so many places to hang out and just relax as well as a putting green! The pool was perfect and along with the spa- just fabulous! I really cant stress how wonderful the outside area is! Inside the home you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining table, a spacious living area, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and great spaces for storing your belongings. It is decorated in a lovely relaxed coastal vibe too! In addition to the main house, we rented the above garage space. We all enjoyed the pool table, shuffle board, puzzles, and board games in the game room. The balcony off the game room is also amazing for some morning sunshine! The home is located in a great neighborhood and with the supplied bikes it was an easy trip to the beach! There are also drop off/pick up spots at the nearby beaches, making it easy to get all the gear (which is there for you to use) to and from! Great shopping, golf, and dining is so close as well as grocery stores. This truly may be the first time that as a family we all had a hard time leaving a rental home! Paradise Palm is exactly like it sounds!

Perfect Naples Vrbo for 8-10 people

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Palm Villa. The house was even better than pictured! We loved the welcome wine gift. My hubby and I brought 2 16yo boys and 3 college-age girls. The home was the most well stocked Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need such as spices, oils, pans, waffle maker, air fryer, blender and tons of indoor/outdoor plates. The outdoor grill was fantastic. The appliances were high-end and we loved having 2 refrigerators to store all of our items. Walmart is just a few minutes away, and Costco is about 15 min. We were less than a 10 min drive in spring break traffic to Vanderbilt beach (Delnor Wiggins entrance). My husband would drop us all off, drive back to the Vrbo, and then bike to the beach as parking was unattainable after 10am with spring breakers — as expected. The beach was beautiful, clear, and white, thick sand. Take one of the 4 provided adult swim goggles and you’ll find sand dollars galore in the ocean! The beach chairs were like-new and very comfortable. The provided bikes were great for exploring and grabbing our morning coffee. There are many restaurants just a short drive from the Vrbo. We never had a bad meal. Our favorite night was having dinner in front of the Ritz Carlton and watching the sun set. If you go, arrive by 5pm and expect a wait. Mini-golf, pool and spa were all exceptional. Bring a left-handed putter if u have a lefty! We hope to come back soon as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Place and Very Private, within walking/driving distance to beach/restaurants/stores

Home was recently renovated and is in great shape. The private fenced and well landscaped backyard provides for a lot of privacy. Includes a pool/hot tub with waterfall with grill and large screened and unscreened porches. The inside is spacious, with large ceilings. An open floor plan makes it incredibly social with a brand-new kitchen. Birgit is a great host. Detail-oriented, so we had no questions on do's/don'ts and how to work any of the technology/locks/appliances, etc.

Beautiful Home

The VRBO best rental we have ever enjoyed. Period! The house and property are stunning. The outdoor landscaping is professionally designed and maintained. Everything is immaculately clean. We were a family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children) and the home provided great together-spaces as well sleeping arrangements that gave privacy to all. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and eating. Every plate, wine glass, dish, tool, device, utensil, pan, pot anyone could need/want. Nespresso or drip? The dining areas were all lovely as well. Our favorite outdoor space (besides the pool, of course) was the sitting area, under cover, with a gas fire pit. We had one pool function problem (no heat), and the owner was on that issue until it was fixed! Bravo, Birgit. The location is so handy to all shopping, eating establishments, and beach. The bikes and beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc) make for delightful days spent on the water. It was a joy to see our son-in-law and granddaughters bike down the street to get morning fresh pastry or go to the Mercato! If you are looking for a home to house your extended family/friend group, do not hesitate to book this lovely place. We would highly recommend it to anyone! We are hoping to stay there again!

Wonderful Accommodation for Family Vacation!

We rented this property for a 7 day family vacation in January with our kids and grandkids. The Paradise Palm Villa was a fantastic accommodation. The house was very clean, furnished immaculately, and full of amenities - pool table, shuffle board, board games, pool toys, bikes, beach toys. The backyard is an oasis with a gorgeous heated pool, hot tub, putting green and outdoor kitchen, all of which were fully utilized. Birgit was a gracious and very accommodating host. She was very responsive and happy to answer our questions during the stay. We had some minor issues with the internet service, but Birgit and her team resolved the problem very quickly. We really appreciated everything!

Perfect family Christmas home

Kudos to Birgit our host at Paradise Palm Villa for curating the Perfect Family Holiday Home for my children and grandchildren ages 16-25! Beds comfortable, large gourmet kitchen( a cooks delight) which was a gathering place for Christmas dinner, wonderful covered outdoor spaces for those rainy days, large pool and hot tub, cozy fireplace and beautiful Christmas tree for gift opening, fun upstairs suite with games and pool table, big tv for streaming trivia games for the family, and location, location!! Just blocks from many grocery stores and restaurants and the lively Mercato nightlife and shopping, and close to the beach. My family had access to my own beach at Pelican Bay but other visitors would find all they need for the nearby beach. Each family member found the house spacious and beautifully planned for many activities. Landscaping around pool was artistically planned and the villa was definitely upscale and very clean! We give Paradise Palm Villa top marks.

Great Family Thanksgiving!

Palm Paradise proved to be wonderful place to gather our family for Thanksgiving. The property exceeded our expectations. The interior is beautifully furnished and more than fully equipped. There were plenty of recreational features from bikes to pool, pool and beach toys putting green. Our family thoroughly enjoyed all of these and the many open areas for conversation and relaxing. The property is beautifully landscaped as well. Our family had a great week here and would definitely do it again!

Paradise Found!

We had a fantastic vacation at Paradise Palms. The home is truly amazing! It is clean, has a gourmet kitchen, very comfortable beds, fun golf putting holes, and the pool was the centerpiece. The beach accessories were so helpful and the bikes a lot of fun. We had a blast, we will go back again. We had ages Adults, 5 yr old, 3 yr old and a one yr old, who all felt at home. Birgit, the owner, was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely go back again!

Worst host ever/ spies on young children/dirty sheets/never using VRBO again

Watch out for this host, because she will be watching you & your children on camera. She photographed our minor children and monitored our every move in & out of the property. At the time of reservation, she wanted to know where all the children were sleeping. We found it very uncomfortable she was so curious about where children were sleeping even though this house has 5 bedrooms & comfortably sleeps 10 (# of our guests).We never had a host inquire about where children are sleeping. Does she have cameras in the bedrooms and bathrooms, too? She violated our privacy, invaded our rest & relaxation time. There was nothing contactless about this property. When we landed, after my phone recharged, I had missed calls/ texts from her. I called her & she talked for 20min about the house, preventing us from starting our vacation. Later in week, she texted asking why the beach bikes are still in the driveway. We had biked home, unloaded, started dinner prep and she contacted us to put the bikes away. Then she texted me about why we removed the toddler trailer off the bike (which of course, we re-attached upon leaving). When the trailer detached from the bike, it gently rolled into the landscaping bushes. She said we “crashed” it into her hedges. She watched our every move. She threatened us saying her neighbors works for the Sheriff but there hasn’t been complaints “yet”. She said our behavior is unacceptable! She took pictures of our two 16 year old boys who took out their small trash bag and texted questioning what they were doing outside at night! She then argued with me saying that they were not taking out garbage. My husband watched them do it! Unfortunately, when we played pool, one of balls bounced off the billiard table and bumped the TV, which was set up inches from the pool table. Anyone who plays pool knows that balls sometimes do bounce off the table. There was a squiggly line within the picture, but no damage to the TV but we went to Best Buy and bought a new TV, same model to replace it. We called Birgit to tell her what happened and that we replaced the TV immediately. Also, there is 0 water pressure/ awful showers, no extra toilet paper, laundry/ no dish soap. She asked us to wash all the sheets, do the dishes before we leave, take out garbage (which we do anyway but never had a host ask). She has guests NOT proper housekeeping wash sheets which explains why the 1st night we noticed an odor, so we has to wash the sheets. Terrible!

Truly is Paradise!!!

This property was top of the line! The house was gorgeous and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and want. The house was decorated beautifully and the 10 of us never felt like we were on top of one another. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily as well as the fire pit on a few cool nights and mornings! Location was within short walking distance to the beach. It is also about 1/2 mile away from Publix grocery and Wal-mart. Many restaurants are a short drive! We enjoyed Pinchers, Enzo’s and Coconut Jack’s to name a few. We highly recommend choosing this home for your stay! Brigit was very responsive and easy to work with.
