POOL:
No gate around pool. Pool heater is ON from November until May. Pool heater is set to 88F and works together with the filter pump (standard). Please no glass around the pool and we have plastic cups and plates to use when enjoying the pool.

PARKING: Garage (1 vehicle), driveway (4 vehicles). Free street parking.

Guests receive a smart lock code 2-3 days before their check-in. Parking in the garage is available. You can access the entire house except for the master bedroom walk-in closet. Enjoy a private pool and patio in a tall-fenced backyard, ensuring your privacy. The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi with strong encryption for safety. The house is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Naples.

The host is available from 9am until 10pm for any questions and 24/7 for emergencies.

The day before your check-in, I will send you a lock code, property address, and WiFi password and do my best to ensure you have the coolest host ever.

We've decided not to have a check-out checklist for this property. Why? Well, we once stayed at a vacation rental where we were handed a long list of chores to complete before leaving. It felt like we had to clean up, take out the trash, and even do the dishes. It took away from the relaxed, vacation vibe we were hoping for. We don't want our guests to feel that way.

So go ahead and relax. Your job here is to enjoy your stay, not worry about chores. We've got the cleaning covered, remember? We work with one of the best cleaning companies in Naples to make sure everything is spotless for the next guest.
