Två våningar, 3 sovrum, 3 badrum pool hem med brygga på Gulf Access kanal. Sexton minuter till Mexikanska golfen eller bakvatten vatten kanal till Fort Myers Beach & Caloosahatchee River. Hemmet har utsikt över en mangrovebehållare. Det betyder att du inte tittar över en kanal i ett annat hem och de tittar inte på dig på din solbränna vid poolen. Du kommer att se ägretthästar & blå hägrar och andra arter som är infödda i Florida. Du kan också fiska vid vår brygga. Det finns också ett ockuperat örnarbo vars stolta föräldrar har fått två födelser under de senaste fyra åren. Idag hörde jag en örn som ropade för mat.
Nära till fyra topp tio stränder: Delnor Wiggins Pass, Vanderbilt Beach, Barefoot Beach & sju miles av vit sandstrand i Neapel, där du alltid kan få en fantastisk solnedgång. Restauranger i massor från vardagliga, vattnet, till god mat och gourmet. Nära shopping: Miromar, Coconut Pointe, Mercato, Venetian Village, Waterside Butiker, Coastland Mall, den ojämförliga 5th Avenue & 3rd Street South.
Kom och slappna av i paradiset och låt din stress tona bort, var det alltid är klockan 5.

House was perfect. Peaceful relaxation was the goal and the stay couldn’t have gone better. The host was incredibly gracious throughout the stay and more responsive than any prior rental we’ve used. Will absolutely use again.

The ground floor of the house is small, dark and not comfortable. The bathroom on the ground floor was small enough that my daughter and the children had to come and shower upstairs. The deck had a couple of chairs that were in poor shape. The view of the canal and the backyard was nice but the access was not easy. Plants on the deck were dead.

Great family vacation home

We had a fantastic stay. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the canal view was beautiful. The location made it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and the beach in just a few minutes. Check-in was simple, and everything worked as it should. Our family had plenty of space to spread out, and we’d happily stay here again.

The location is pretty good. Beds were really uncomfortable, grilled was so dirty and rusted you’d never be able to use, and my shower had hairs in it. The pool was really warm and that was a highlight.

Great little piece of paradise in an awesome town.

Since my kids were born, Ive kept telling them about the beaches of Naples and how I accidentally found them a little over a decade ago. This past weekend I had the opportunity to show them with the added bonus of finding a cool waterfront home with a pool. There was always something we could be doing, so we were never bored. I only wished we had planned for more time here. The kids loved the pool, and all the fun things left for guests makes it so you can pack light to have a great time. Bikes, fishing gear, kayaks, beach chairs... This place has it all.

Great family property

This is a wonderful family property with kayaks, paddle boards, and a very nice pool. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very attentive to our needs and checked on us. We would definitely come back.

My family had a great time on this vacation. The kids liked having their own rooms with TVs. We all enjoyed cooling off and playing in the pool, as well as fishing or catching minnows off the dock. I enjoyed quiet mornings on the dock drinking my coffee while watching the needlefish and schools of minnows. I even had the excitement of a manatee sighting one morning. We had to get a tiny crab or two out of the pool most days, which we considered a bonus. It was also nice waiting out storms under the covered patio. If you plan to enjoy the outdoor living area in the evening or during a rain shower, definitely get plenty of bug spray for the mosquitoes and noseeums. The house location is also wonderful. We were close to all of our favorite beaches, waterfront restaurants, and mini golf course. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but the host was very responsive to questions within the app and provided phone numbers for contact as well. Overall, the house was what we needed for an ideal vacation, and I could see us visiting again.

Nice place!

Great location and amenities. House is very comfortable and had more than enough space for our group. Really enjoyed taking the kayaks and paddle board out and having the pool right there. Very easy check in and check out process. Mike is extremely responsive and excellent with communication. Beautiful setting on the canal!

Perfect for our needs. We will be back.The house was perfect for our needs. Check in was smooth and the host was very quick to respond. The home was clean and spacious. We were able to enjoy the bikes the evening we checked in and went for a morning kayak trip the next day. Everything was perfect! Our only wish is that we could stay longer

Decent Looking, didn’t stay

Communication with the host prior to arrival and during check in was great. Seemed very friendly and responsive. We booked the property primarily for the yard and what we saw of it looked great. The property itself was cute and gave a laid back vibe which is what we wanted.That being said we ended up leaving shortly after arriving as we found live roaches and roach droppings in the kitchen- silverware drawer, drawer with kitchen towels, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. The location seemed nice and fairly well positioned in between Bonita Springs and Naples Park.I feel bad for writing this as the host was very apologetic and as I mentioned seems very responsive and nice but it did start out trip to Naples on a rather disappointing note. We stayed in a hotel Tuesday night and thankfully found another property available that checked all of our boxes in Naples Park.

Great location, wonderful kayaking out to the gulf. Great bikes. House was great - clean and comfortable.Listing is incorrect on the following:Lower level bedroom is NOT a Queen - it's a full size bed so was a bit small for two adults.And there is NOT a hot tub - there is a jetted bathtub in the master bedroom only.

I hate to leave a review that’s not favorable but we were disappointed with the condition of this home for the price we paid. When we entered the smell hit us right away.. musty, old smell. Not a great first impression. The lower level was even worse which is where my husband and I slept so my MIL could have the first floor for mobility issues. Bathrooms were generally clean just don’t look close.. mold around the sink drains, grime around the door handles..Couch had an odor, I thought it smelled of urine, but not sure. I couldn’t sit on it as it just grossed me out. Bedding on lower level needs updating. Really, the whole place needs updating and just a deep clean. One of the railings outside is not up to code. I could go on but you get the idea. Plus side.. owners were very prompt in responding,it’s pretty well outfitted for cooking. They supply towels AND washcloths which was nice. Neighborhood was nice as well. Sorry I won’t be a repeat visitor.

Amazing stay

The host was amazing, very responsive, very polite, all around amazing. The house was everything as stated, the pool was great early morning and late evening. We enjoyed kayaking, and the games in the entertainment center after a day out of the house. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the rest of the house. Would definitely stay here again. We had teenagers down stairs and parents plus littles upstairs. Worked great for us.
