The entire house is yours to enjoy! We have 4 bedrooms situated in 3 separate wings of the house. There is a beautiful screened-in lanai with a pool and an outdoor kitchen overlooking a lake.
You can park one car in the garage or on the driveway - street parking is not allowed per our HOA rules. You will need a car to get around the community as it is quite large. There are sidewalks perfect for walking around the community or morning jog.
Great location in Briarwood, a private gated community with many amenities.

The space

Other things to note
***If you have a dog - will have to be owner approved first. Please send breed, size/weight and age of your dog when inquiring. Pet fee is $25 per night each. Approval of pets are NOT guaranteed. Special cleaning fee, when pet is present of $300 will be added.
*** POOL is heated, we will charge $15/day for reservations from May through October and,
$25/day for reservations from November through May. We will ask for payment upon booking via resolution center.
***HOA application fee is NOT included in the rent and will need to be sent upon booking. For booking 20 days prior arrival Association FEE is $100.
20 to 7 days prior arrival their FEE is $200, Inside the 7 days - $300 and same day Application is $400. That FEE in not ours and we will need your email to email you the HOA application to fill out.

• 5 Echo Dots, use Alexa from every room. (check the weather, if the front door is locked or set an alarm without moving from bed) . The kids room included an Echo Glow (smart night light) with a kids Alexa dot. Let your children fall asleep with a Disney story with a campfire effect night light and wake up to a light gradually brightening.
• Enjoy the new large leather Cloud zero gravity recliner sofa with a power headrest, elevate your feet up to reduce back stress.
• Hair dryers in each bathroom.
• Designated working station, if a zoom call is necessary.
• Pool towels, floaties & manual and electric pump to enjoy the pool with a private canal view.
• For beach day we have you covered. Beach umbrella & chairs, coolers, beach bag, towels, kids beach toys & boards, as well as a football and volleyball.
• If you enjoy Tennis, volleyball or basketball we have racquets and balls and the community facilities have newly refinished courts ready for you.
• Outdoor kitchen with KitchenAid Grill, a beverage cooler & 4k TV with Alexa remote so you can turn on the outdoor lights without physically turning a switch.
