“Todo es excelente. La habitación es grande y cómoda con bañera privada al aire libre. El servicio de cena y desayuno tradicional es de gran calidad. A pesar de que el precio por noche es alto, vale muchísimo la pena para una estadía corta después de recorrer Nara.”

“Very good location, and since the rain was pouring down when we arrived, the fact that the accomodation is under one of the streets with roof, meant we could change clothes and the walk with dry clothes to find dinner. The room was cozy and we slept like puppies :-)”

“There are not enough good things I can say about my stay here. Although my stay was short, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The room I had was beautiful with a view of the garden and nature surrounding the minoh falls trail. The baths were clean and had supplies for a relaxing time provided. Yuki (one of the staff) was extremely accommodating and thoughtful, she made the stay really. I would highly recommend this to anyone. ”

“Great location, excellent staff, very close to station, shops and restaurants. Would recommend a western bed rather than sleeping traditional style on the floor but that was totally our choice. Bath facilities downstairs are great and can book private couples baths. View was poor and aircons for building next door noisy through closed windows.”

“Harmonic, clean and calm hotel with a lot of amenities. The private baths were amazing, the public bath was also very nice. The traditional breakfast was really interesting. Not all things were to our liking. Natto for example was an acquired taste but overall it was really nice to try the genuine Japanese cuisine. “Just as the photos showed, the bathtub was fantastic to soak in at the end of the day. The amenities were of high standard. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved having the space for our family of 3. Washer dryer was great to use mid trip too. We used the bus from the train station and it was only about 150m walk to get to Ryoken.
