“We enjoyed our overnight stay, it was staffed with pleasant persons that went out of their way to help us. The building, rooms, and facilities were nearly new, comfortable and very clean. We liked the location, which was 5 minutes to the beach, & near the highway, which made it easy for our family coming from several directions, to meet us. I highly recommend this hotel, we hope to be back again!”

“The property is very nice, well kept and an extremely incredible staff. The breakfast is amazing and changes daily. A favorite and I haven’t seen other places do to this extent is afternoon eats. They put out a spread that is made from scratch with dips, sweets, and even had foot long hotdogs on the 4th of July. Highly recommend this place and look to stay hear every time we visit Newport.”

“We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and so glad we found this adorable inn. Their yummy breakfasts were pleasantly served by the inn keeper, Kim and the Inn accommodated my gluten allergy for breakfast treats. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the wharf, we basically left our car in their private parking lot and walked everywhere. An added bonus, 4-6pm they served cheese, crackers and wine. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great, warm stay.”
