Whilst the property was comfortable enough, renovated and with ducted heating that worked very well, there were a few issues for us regarding noise. Locked interconnecting door seems to have little, or no, insulation therefore conversations from other rental could be heard in hallway and bedrooms. “The hot water only lasted one bath. Very difficult to give kids a bath with no warm water. The bbq also did not have any gas, which was disappointing after we had bought food for a bbq. Messaged the host about both of those things but got no response. ”
