“Don’t book with another person if your under 21. They don’t state that on Expedia but you’ll show up and they’ll refuse your room. When we had asked fire a refund , The guy at the front desk with the lazy eye told us to take up the issue with Expedia and that he couldn’t help due to it being a 3rd party app. Come to find out he full out lied to us and has to send the money to Expedia for us to get it from them. Basically, these guys are scammers and have forever lost my business.”

“This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. The door to the room had no weather stripping at the bottom and had a 1/2 gap that let the bright spotlights outside the building illuminate the room at night. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the tub grout had black mold, the vinyl plank flooring was sticky, and the walls are so thin and uninsulated that the room next door’s tv could be heard loudly all night long. We got no rest at all because of the noise. We also worried that the landing...

“All I have to say is that the room was so musty/moldy smelling that I couldn’t stay in there. We asked to move to another room and we were told there were none. Terrible, worst hotel room I have ever been in.”

“Staff were okay, didn’t really look like they wanted to be there. Booked a non smoking room, but when we walked in it smelled like cigarette smoke immediately. The room was clean, but the sheet came off one night and underneath were a bunch of stains underneath it. Room was a good size, but I was extremely disappointed with smell of the room. Was the only thing my partner and I could smell the moment we walked back into the room”

“We were told the hotel was totally remodeled. Our room was nasty. The tub had been painted it appears, leaving a nasty discolored streaky hue. It looked filthy. This place was just patched up-not a total remodel. If it hadn’t been midnight we would have left. We were not offered the opportunity to pay for a breakfast pass so we were quite embarrassed the next morning when we tried to get breakfast and were without the pass.”

“Rent. Bra sängar. Fick en räkning på frukosten, inte en fråga utan en nota direkt. Frukost hade vi inkluderat men receptionen hade missat det. De ordnade det, men inte kul att få en nota. Hissarna dåliga. Kaffet såg ut som smaksatt vatten alla dagar. Dålig frukost överlag. ”

“This is a standard travel hotel, convenient to the Manchester airport with a free hotel shuttle. It is about 10 minutes from the airport and located near some fast food restaurants and a small strip mall with a few shops. The hotel is a bit run down and smells of old cigarette smoke. Our bed sheets had quite a lot of someone else's hair on them which made me wonder if the bed had been changed or just remade. The pool was not open and we left too early in the morning to get breakfast. The front...
