This modern home that sleeps 8 people comfortably is just 8 minutes from downtown Nashville and only 5 minutes away from The Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills, 5 points in east Nashville and the nations! Enjoy the private rooftop Patio and Plenty of space! Each Bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and each Sofa folds out into two additional Queen-sized beds! We allow small pets and have food bowls, poop bags, and a crate for them!

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Two Negatives (so we are transparent and upfront on what you're getting into!):
There are A LOT of Stairs!!! This house is 3 stories with 2 sets of stairs going up! The bedrooms are on the second story.
The unit is located facing a street, so there is some road noise, but DON'T WORRY! We have provided sound machines, and earplugs to use as necessary!

Parking: This unit comes with free parking! Guests not only have 2 assigned spaces, they are also given one additional guest spot on the top portion of the parking lot. We have a photo on our listing that shows you where the reserved parking spaces are and also guest parking.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
