“Very clean and comfortable place. Safe location and close to Broadway, but in a quiet neighborhood. Neal was very attentive and quick to answer questions. We loved our stay!”

“Clean, quiet, comfortable and close to everything.”

“Everything was great with Host Seth and communication. House was well furnished, we only spent 1 night. The house is older and did smell a little musty when we first arrived. Tub/shower is not equipped for elderly person too use, too high to step into and get out.”

“Very nice home, convenient to many attractions. Enjoyed our stay”

“Great place, host communication was also great”

“Great place. Great location. We’d stay again”

“Nice clean place. Good location. Easy to get ride share rides. minutes from Broadway. Has good parking if you have a car. Would stay here again on my next visit to Nashville.”

“Great place to stay, easy access to the strip & the grand old Opry!! Very Clean and we loved the ping pong table and backyard oasis -minus the hot tub since it’s out of order.”

“We stayed here for 2 weeks and sincerely called is “home” . Location is perfect 15 minutes from airport, 10-15 minutes to Broadway. Plenty of amazing restaurants in walking distance. Great place to walk / run. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back. ”

“The place was great and just as advertised. Very clean, safe and a good working order. I will only mention the backyard butts up directly to a very busy freeway and the traffic noise can be very distracting if you’re a light sleeper.”

“The property was clean and well maintained. It is located in a historical area which was really nice. The people there were friendly and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and would go back. I did not ask if there were stairs to the unit and there were at least seven stairs which were a little steep. I was fine but my husband has trouble with stairs but he made it work. I would recommend it.”

“A great house , even better host ! Will definitely be booking again if I travel to Nashville. Hospitality was a 10/10”

“The rental was very clean and well furnished, and located in a safe neighborhood. The host, David, was quick to respond to any and all questions/concerns, and was overall easy to communicate with. Truly enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to rent this place again.”

“Place was clean and worked well. Close to downtown. Worked well for us. You do hear their footsteps but they provided a sound machine that helped.”

“Unique property with great location, walk to five points several times, straight shot into downtown Nashville. Yard for the dog. Interesting neighborhood. Property was clean and very, very comfortable. No issues at all.”
