The Space:
These homes feature unobstructed views of the city from your huge private roof top deck. The deck has a large greenery wall, string lights, and a large neon sign, perfect for photos with friends and all your social media feeds! The space is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the Nashville Skyline!
The homes are a straight shot down to 2nd Ave and are walking distance to Geodis park for concerts, soccer games, and large events.
The chef's kitchens have plenty of space to spread out and cook. The kitchens are open to the large living rooms that also features dining tables. All bedrooms have room darkening window coverings and Smart TV's.

Third floor guest suite features two queen beds, SmartTV, closet, and access to the full en suite bathroom (shares bath with flex bunk bedroom with separate door).

The home is very stylish and decorated with modern furniture, unique artwork, hardwood floors, and boast a private rooftop with beautiful panoramic city views.
$5 Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway, the Ryman, the Gulch, Bridgestone Arena, and Nissan Stadium.
Street parking is available. In addition, each home has an attached 2 car garage.
