“Totaly amazing! If you go to Kansas you must stay at this B&B. The house was amazing, fantastic old irish style with autentic furnishing. But it was the service and the kindness from the staff thar mad my whole stay! And the breakfast!”

“I last stayed here three years ago and thought it was great to come back and see all the new updates and I can’t complain! We forgot a toothbrush and the front desk gave us some, the breakfast is decent for a hotel, and valet is very convenient. This will be our go to hotel when visiting KC.”

“I stayed 3 nights, not one single day did housekeeping come by. I had to request for them to come get the trash and they never came, on top of that I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. My overall stay wasn’t so pleasant. But the beds are comfortable. So if you don’t mind a dirty room, mid breakfast, then I guess you will be fine.”

“The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The rooms were decent. The only complaint is the shower drain in our bathroom was not cleared of hair. You wouldn’t see it initially because it is under a filter type screen. However, the shower started filling up and it was only when we pulled up the screen that we were able to see the drain was blocked with hair. Other than that it was a great stay.”

“Zero service. Worst breakfast I've ever tried....cheapskates. No housekeeping....not even vaccuned underneath the bed. ”

“Allowed us to check in early. Staff were all amazing. Room was clean. Only issue was that the room smelled like marijuana so bad it gave us a headache. It dissipated after awhile, but wasn’t the best smell walking into the room for the first time. Everything else was fantastic! I’d stay here again.”

“This is more of a big motel 6 than any Vegas style casino. It is not worth the stay. It's old and it shows.”

“Awful. Room stank cigarette smoke and hadn't been cleaned properly. Staff claimed it was not possible and wanted to offer us another room. We chose to leave...”

“No hot water in the shower. No water pressure in the shower. Room 206 Should have brought a hose to hook up to the sink to shower. Elevator floor had some kind of soup spread around. No glass tray in microwave. Fridge was nice! Two tiny two inch pillows, two big towels, two hand towels. This was a four day stay. Not pleasant, front desk said they would put in a work order for my room not having hot water, after first explaining to me that there was no hot water because others were using...

“Overall great place to stay! The only complaint is that the shower door opened inward and the nozzle was behind the door and shower head on the other side so you had to spray yourself with cold water to even turn it on. Breakfast was hot, plenty of food but was pretty bland.”
